    Harold from Southern State Public Adjuster was very prompt to our request for a possible review of our claim with one of the top insurance companies. We had a water leak below the foundation of the house where the water went into two rooms inside. After waiting for the insurance company to give us a quote, waiting 3 months with no response, we hired Harold. The insurance company not only paid promptly after he got in contact with them, but he showed them where they lowballed their estimate. The insurance company paid more than we expected. We were really happy and satisfied with the service we received.

    Our experience with Southern State Public Adjuster Inc. was flawless starting with our personal adjuster Hal his knowledge and professionalism is Top Notch without his expanded knowledge and experience we would of not have received the out come we did. Hal was there for us every step of the way in the process he was available anytime and kept us updated. As insurance companies continue to raise rates and make changes to coverages it is of the utmost importance to have a Public Adjuster un your side to handle your claim you will be glad you did.     I highly recommend Hal. Our house was flooded on July 3. Having never dealt with insurance before I called Hal. He gave my wife and I a piece of mind. Explained in detail what to expect and gave us guidance. Hal is a very down to earth person and a straight shooter.

    Hal was one of two insurance adjusters I called to help with a claim I made to my home owner's insurance. Hal got back to me first, but told me to sit tight until I got the estimate from my home owner's insurance. The other adjuster came out to the house to have a look. But by the time the other guy ended his visit, he was already trying to advise me on getting solar panels for the house when the whole claim revolved around water damage from a leaking toilet. When the insurance company got back to me, I ran their estimate by Hal. He was very up front about my options and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. And when it was all done, Hal didn't even charge me for his time. I really appreciated the straight talk.
