      This business was contracted to cut down AND remove the tree from my property. The tree was cut, but the tree is still at my property after over 2 weeks.

      The tree was cut in large chunks and haphazardly placed in the front yard, covering almost the entire yard, part of the driveway, and the sidewalk. It's the only sidewalk available for kids to walk or ride bikes to school (located a block down on the same side of the street), and for families or pet owners alike to use for safe passage on my very busy street and adjacent dangerous curve.

      The owner of this business responded once via text saying he doesn't have money to pick up the tree after a week of calling and texting both the owner and salesperson, pleading for a response and resolution. His salesperson washed his hands of it and said he quit and to deal with the owner. Now it's been over 2 weeks and the owner will not respond to my calls or texts. It's been over a week since his only response.

      For the safety of my neighbors and myself (I can barely see cars on this busy street from the blocked view to safely leave my driveway), I need the job to be finished or to contract another company to remove the debris. This was part of the contract agreement that they breached.

      I don't want others to deal with the aggravation nor put other children and families in harm's way, from the safe passage being blocked, due to this company's haphazard placement of debris and not picking it up within 24 hours as agreed upon.
