    I purchased Expert Gardener *********** Grass Seed online from *********** on September 8, 2024. The product has a 1 year from date of purchase guarantee that reads as follows: "Our guarantee is our promise that you'll be fully satisfied with the quality of every Expert Gardener product. If for any reason you aren't happy, we'll replace it or return your money - whichever you prefer. All you need to do is return the empty packaging. It's that simple. Guaranteed. Guaranteed within 1 year of the date of purchase.'I purchased two (2) bags at $14.96 ea x 2 = $29.92. When I called today and explained my grass situation, they connected me to ***********, who told me I needed to go to the store. However, the ******* store team lead at store ***** would not help me so I asked for the actual manager (which is who I initially asked for when this person came over); this team lead comes back and states that the manager says, "No," she will not honor the guarantee (I never spoke directly to ******* ****, the actual store manager). Expert Gardener is also sold on ******, which has 30 day returns, while ******* has 90 day returns, it seems that Expert Gardener should be the one to honor its own 1 year satisfaction guarantee.
