      FHIA did a wonderful job helping us pick windows for our home and get them delivered and installed in a timely manner. The team of men who worked on our windows were hard-working, efficient, and considerate of our home.

      You want a professional trustworthy and high quality product that comes with no risk or worries? Then you need FHIA. The attention to detail is second to none. The product is high quality and well designed. The installation and post installation follow up is amazing to watch. The local home inspector even told me that I pricked the best.

      We love our new windows!The FHIA Team was very helpful on making this project come to fruition. All was made on time from the sales/finance advisor to the installation team were great to work with and fast. Definitely recommend to everyone who wants their windows replaced.

      I contacted them and asked for a copy of their warranty. I wanted the information prior to meeting with them. They refused to provide me the warranty and since have been harassing me with at least 20 calls a day. This has been going on for a week. I have blocked at least 10 different numbers and still they continue to call with other numbers. If they treat potential customers like this I can only assume that it would be a big mistake using their services!! Dont fill out their questionnaire with your phone number!

      From Sales to Installation everyone was very professional. The installers worked all day and cleaned the site before leaving. The ****** came by to make sure that everything was done properly and to advise that the Building Inspector would be there in the morning. Very pleased with the project so far. Now we just have to wait for a storm to verify that everything is waterproof

      I enjoyed working with FHIA. I found everyone there to be helpful and professional. I love the product I chose, and the installation went off without a hitch! They cleaned up and came back after the windows passed inspection and placed the finishing touches on the frames. I am extremely pleased with the product and the way it performs in my home. AC unit doesn't work so hard to fight the heat and ***. I'm expecting lower electricity bills!!

      An absolutely disgraceful organization. They had door-to-door scheduler come by very polite very well spoken. I scheduled an appointment. The sales person never showed up. I called. I rescheduled an appointment. I explained to them do not call to confirm you can text me, but its a waste of time because I will be here. Ive made a commitment to a time. I will be here Second time the person doesnt show up again. So let me get this straight. Im gonna get responsive service from you if I contract for services, but I cannot get responsive service when Im trying to just get a quote? Im staying far far away from this company.
