      **Exceptional Windows and Service!**I had windows installed by this company, and theyve transformed my home. A day after installation, a tropical storm hit, causing significant damage outsidebut I slept right through it! The soundproofing is incredible, and these windows have drastically improved my sleep.They've also made my home much more energy-efficient. I love it cold, and now my AC finally gets a break, even during the hottest parts of the day.From sales to installation, **, follow-up, and customer service, everything was flawless. Highly recommend!

      After 4 companies we pick FHIA, the seller ******* was GREAT! we're really satisfied with DD installers *************** NOT with FHIA employees or ***************** BE healthy cause they WILL cause a heart attack.Everything nice & pretty, after U signed, U WILL REGRET IT They bump prices & LIE til the end!******** did the scheduling the worst **************** ever BACKED by ********************. Im Hispanic woman that deserve the true. ********, ***********, *** took the liberty to lie about all the process. They push the install ASAP, with lies, etc...so they can get paid, the project is not done when you already received the welcome payment letter from the financial company. PLEASE DONT SIGN ANYHTING TIL THE LAST S**** IS DONE! too many lies. this company members ******* was never in site, he is a NO Show, Mrs. **************** ********** are not trustworthy.If a company has this kind of employee, why you want enemies?Is all for their interest only...not even the installers. Financial ********** who provide the loan willn't help at all, immediately required your 1st payment regardless the job is done or not.If you go with FHIA start by contra offer 20k+ or more, cause they already got you hook. they willn't give you any extra perk, just get it reduced by 20k or more. choose 7+ days to get done There is no FHIA supervisor in site while installers do their job. U are on your own after U signed. they willn't return your call, messages or nothing...U dont exist anymore.after 12 calls to this Tahiris ****, we give up. start 1st payment & the worst customer experience from this ********************. U are another #. LIE: time frame of the installment, LIE: 1st paymnt of the loan, they cant guaranteed that cause they are NOT the financial company. there is no empathy at all...U get what U paid for. Expensive/bad experience.PAID $45k for 16 win/3 dr. we arent happy, I have more to say, But only 2k characters to say.after all we have being thru, we should get them for free.

      Outstanding company! from initial communication, to sales staff home visit, permitting process, installation and follow through, this group is thoroughly professional. All personnel were knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go extra for our project. Thanks for all! Highly recommended

      This was by far the best customer service experience Ive ever had! The professionalism, knowledge and support was out of this world! The quality of the windows surpassed my expectations by leaps and bounds! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for new windows and doors.

      I was totally pleased from start to finish. The installation team worked very well together and they were punctual and respectful. I was impressed by their professionalism and cleanliness.The impact windows are well-sealed, look good and function well. Great job! I want to give a big "Thank you" to everyone involved. They also made sure that I was satisfied before I signed off. Now my home is so much more energy efficient, sound proof and secure.

      We were very pleased with the quality of the windows and sliding door. The crew arrived on time and installed 5 windows and the slider in one day. They cleaned up everything when they were done and our electric bills have been cut nearly in half!

      I am a returning customer of ********************. I had all of my home windows replaced back in Oct 2020 with Vinyl Storm Windows and on May *****, 2024 I had FHIA replace my ************ Entry Doors with Storm Doors. Both times the ************************** Staff, Scheduler, INSTALLERS and Project Managers were the kindest, friendliest, proficient professionals I have ever encountered as a home owner. They were on time, worked consistently all day to get the job done, even in the rain. I received ***************** from this team. I have recommended them to all my friends when they get ready to do their home improvements. Thank You FHIA. This is a trust worthy company.
