      FHIA did an excellent job. The sales, support, and installation staff were friendly and professional. They completed the job on time. The door installation looks excellent and works great.

      FHIA was incredibly organized. They contacted us multiple times throughout the process and started and completed in 8 weeks. Customers have to expect dust but they made considerable efforts to minimize, such as covered windows with plastic on the inside and cutting from the outside. Employees were prompt , neat and polite. There was a mixup on one sliding door but they quickly remedied the situation with no aggravation.The lifetime warranty is a great feature. Could not have had a better experience.

      The installers arrived at the arranged time and completed the work . After the job was completed the installers explained details about the windows and answered all of my questions. The installers took time to clean the entire area where the work was done. Very professional throughout the whole process

      Excellent job. Anything I questioned, they explained or made right. Friendly crew. Only suggestion is if youre going to work in this country would be nice if you could also learn to speak English. Or at least have more than one person on the crew be able to speak English?

      Worse company I've ever dealt with, I purchased a very expensive Front door and since installation it has been one problem after the other. I've been waiting for months to repair a bottom seal that is allowing insects, rodents and snakes into my home and still no parts. The paint finish is a joke, itget a scratch if you look at it. I inquired about that, it has been a month , no call back, no answers. I will never refer anyone to this company.

      I just finished my project with this company. What a great choice I made, from a start to finish the wraps the installers of the windows, the quality of their product. Everything was amazing from beginning to end. I want to give a big thank you to **** my sales rep, that did an amazing job in showcasing The product and the culture of this amazing company.       I employed FHIA to replace 3 hurricane windows. The sent a well advised person to walk me through the products they use and a price quote was given on the spot. FHIA built the windows and installed them perfectly. We are extremely happy about the experience and the product.Naples homeowner
