      I'm so pleased with everything from start to finish. The materials were ordered and installed in less than two months. One of my windows had a crack in the glass, and the replacement was ordered immediately.

      We got new windows for a bay window and 1 set of sliders by our pool. The windows were installed well, and they are very sturdy & soundproof. They also are eliminating heat that we used to get on that side of the house. We used to have to set up a portable AC unit in the summertime in that part of the house and now we do not need it any longer. My husband needed my attention to open the doors for him while he was carrying a large sheet of barbecue and my back was turned. He said he shouted 3 times because I could not hear him inside the house and it only sounded like a whisper to me. I was standing right next to the sliders and I have perfect hearing.

      I am so pleased with the work FHIA has done on my windows. Everything the salesman promised me came true. They were able to install them within 6 weeks of ordering the windows. They kept all the dust and dirt outside of my house by creating a plastic barrier around the window. They completed the installation in one day. The inspector came the next day and he told me he wished he had ordered his windows from FHIA. They are simply beautiful and the whole process was easy. I would recommend this company to everyone.

      Z was my Sales Rep. *** called and made an appt. *** arrived on time and was prepared. *** answered all my questions with confidence and was not pushy. Next was a gentleman who came and did precise measurements. He also arrived on time. I was able to schedule an install date to meet my availability. The installers arrived on time. They were courteous and professional and even cleaned up after they were done. The product quality exceeds my expectations. I am very satisfied with the install and my new windows. Already saving me on my electric bill. I would recommend this contractor for your window replacement needs.

      I recently contracted FHIA to install four replacement impact windows. I contacted them initially via a friends referral. I found their pricing to be in line with other window companies I contacted. However, I felt that the product was far superior to any I had found. Likewise the warranty was better than any other company I contacted. The installation was neat and professional. When the installation was complete, we found a minor flaw. There was a small amount of glue visible on the inner glass. With no hesitation the installer initiated an order for replacement glass. At my convince they returned a couple of weeks later with new glass and completed the installation. To summarize, they did a professional job from beginning to end on the window installation project.

      It was a great experience. The team leader **** made sure everything was done. The installation and installers were very good and professional. The job was done on time with no problems at all. I would use them again and have no problem recommending them to friends and family.
