Purchased a 85" TCL ** on-line from Brandsmart USA. I set up a date for delivery to my home paying extra for the delivery and set up. I got a text saying they were on the way. Delivery window was 8am-Noon. I waiting from 8:30am until 3:00pm before I called the customer service number. Explained no one showed up to deliver the *** The ** Rep told me that ** had been sold out and there were none available for delivery. She did some research and found they were available from the local store. So we set up another appointment for delivery. A week later I find myself sitting at home waiting for the delivery that never showed up, AGAIN. Called ** again and was told it was sold out. I cancelled the order and got a full refund including the extra costs of delivery and set up.I do not recommend buying anything on their website. They will sell you sold out items and not even tell you or update you that the item you purchased is sold out. Had they called me and said it would take an extra week or two to get the ** in stock, I would have gladly waited the extra time. But, sadly, customer service is not high on the mission statement.Sell Sell Sell, Greed Greed Greed and forget the most important part of your business. I bought a ** washer a dryer a year ago and the dryer has been giving me problems ever since. Various technicians have tries to fix the problem but no solution. **************** has been very poor when it comes to trying to solve the solution. 6months not being able to use the dryer which I am paying for on a regular basis. I would like a solution ASAP giving that the guarantee on the equipment is finalizing. Thank you I expect a response and a solution.************************************, *******BrandsMart USA

I never received my order. They keep saying it was delivered when it was not. The tracking number does not exist with the post ******. I asked to be refunded and they said they will give me 80% of my money back. This is a **** and a *** ***. Don't do it!!!! They do not deserve 1 star but I had to put one to leave the review. We just had the worst experience ever at bransmartrt **************** ***** With sales person *************************. We took an ad in and told her we wanted to buy the particular refrigerator advertised. She told us there were none available in the color advertised. We asked for another color and she said yes it would be $300 more. We said okay. The delivery was for today and it was a totally different refrigerator. When I called her and explained that the wrong refrigerator was delivered she tried to tell me it was the one I asked for. I explained to her we would never have ordered a refrigerator like the one being delivered. We were with her for almost an hour. How in the world could this be misconstrued.She said she would call me back. I called a friend of mine from Best Buy and he told me this refrigerator we ordered does not even come in the color we asked for and it was being discontinued and there were no refrigerators available in the color that Best Buy advertised. I purchased a dryer from BrandSmart in February. It was defective and never used. I set up 2 separate appointments for a Technician to come and fix my dryer and both times they did not show. I stayed home from work both times. I call them a third time to get this resolved immediately and I was told that I did receive the call both times, the. proceeded to get laughed at when i said perhaps you called the wrong number because i did not receive a call or voicemail and then got hung up on. I am now having to waste more time calling a different number to get a refund and to return this product because I could not get assistance. This isnt right.BrandsMart USA

It should not take over a week to process a simple online order for a universal remote control. Contacted customer service twice but they did not seem to care. Got a refund and order next day delivery thru amazon. It's not hard Brandsmart. An online order of a small device should clear processing in one day and ship the next.BrandsMart USA

I bought a 77" LG Oled C3 TV online. TV arrived 6 days later in Missouri. No issues at all! Free shipping and decent shipping time! Package arrived in good condition without any type of damage. Hooked up and works great! Never seen a better picture quality before. Like in awe amazed! I don't understand why there's so many bad reviews unless it's false or a bunch of Karen's. Though is is one of the only places to leave a review is all I can think of. So its only mostly bad reviews because they don't have a way for people to give good feedback. Regardless very happy customer and I would highly recommend!BrandsMart USA

I bought an ** refrigerator with the 5-year warranty. We have been without a refrigerator for over 2 months. When you call the BrandsMart warranty company. They really seem like they don't care a lot of times you get hung up on. We have had technicians come to our house and the last 2 months each time they say oh we're sorry you need another part. And we have to wait another 2 to 3 weeks for the new part. We realize my family and I that things break but being without a refrigerator for 2 months it's too much it's not right how they pitch you the warranty you pay good money for it and then when you need it they will not stand behind the product. I'm ************************************************************* my entire life. We are still with a broken refrigerator over 2 monthsBrandsMart USA

Bought a Google pixel 6 and it worked for a week and then stopped. I had to wait another week to bring phone back. Since brandsmart isn't to close to where I live. I went and they have a 5 day return policy on phones really. That is absurd. I will never shop there again and will let people know what cheap items they sell. 3 starsWell my latest experience was me doing an interview at Brandsmart. I was contacted shortly after doing the application so I was assuming that they were hiring so yes I went to the interview only to feel like the girl kind of looked at my appearance and didnt want to hire me. Im a very beautiful lady but at that time I was in between a pregnancy I feel like she judged me having a bulge I wasnt even 2 months. After they contacted me several times to come in thats the thanks I get. Its not right these jobs act like their hiring but dont want to hire. I had a great interview I even called to check the status still nothing. My time matters to me I could of been doing something else and nowadays if youre hiring dont judge people how they look!
