      If I could I would give it 0 stars, the worst store I've ever shopped in to date, I bought a sofa, paid for delivery but they changed the dates 3 times, they didn't notify me about the change of dates and when I called they kept going to several attendants, terrible after-sales service . I will never buy again and I will not recommend.

      Today I had a delivery driver, **** *******, for an appliance that was in an extreme rush and said he was running late. Refused to wait the five minutes for my building's service elevator to be available and said he would just drop off my appliance in the building's loading dock. Was very aggressive and threatening, trying to force me to sign the delivery paper work without my being able to inspect my appliance first. In addition to the delivery and behavior being unacceptable and hostile, he did not even attempt to pick up the old dishwasher, another service for which I paid for. When I called the BrandsMart's customer service department, the manager there told me I would need to pay for another pick up since this pick up was not completed. Ridiculous to even think that a customer who received such bad service should ALSO have to pay for a repeat due to their delivery employee not completing their job. I had to call several more times between 11A and 4P before finally getting a hold of a manager who was supposed to have called me since I initially reported this incident in the morning. The delivery manager, **** *****, was very dismissive and did not seem to believe what I was telling him happened this morning. He said the delivery driver told him that the service elevator was not reserved when I reserved it myself last Friday and there are several building staff that can confirm this in addition to serving as witness to the delivery driver's aggressive and threatening behavior. This delivery was mishandled from beginning to end and the lack of accountability for mistreatment of customers seems to extended from the front live delivery drivers to the management staff.

      Really bad customer service. They were rude and misstreated my parents, 72 and 73 years old. Store manager, *********************** was extremely rude and helpless. I wont ever recomend anyone to buy anything at Brandsmart in the dadeland area.

      I have been waiting for a repair on my refrigerator. Since July 13. Every time a tech. Comes out the day they need to order another part. I have a 18 month old baby I need my refrigerator. I need to get a replacement. They are saying they ordered the part which takes 5 to 7 days. Every time they order a part it takes 2 or 3 weeks for a technician to come out.

      7 month roku tv no volume. Went to customer service today, if that's want you want to call IT!!! July 12,2023 noon.... Just calling as I see it, the female to busy chewy her gum, no eye contact, she's making it very clear not to bother her, LAME SERVICE!!!I've spent $$$$ buying at brandsmart, I handed her my receipt,cause she can't find my number in her system, it's on my receipt.. She still can't find me in the SYSTEM..She handed me a number to call for repair for me to pay for, it's $100. Tv... She could care less.. I BROUGHT 2 TV'S 7 MONTHS AGO !!! THE BEDROOM TV HAS NO VOLUME I HAVE TO UNPLUG EVERY MORNING AND RESET TO HAVE VOLUME. I'VE CALLED I'VE GOT CASE NUMBER ,, LOL LO L BRANDSMART HAS BECOME A JOKE, SAD THERE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I'M DONE!!!!

      Relentless spammers. I did not want to give my email address or phone number to the sales associate when I bought an appliance there, because I knew they would start spamming. However, I needed to make sure I got warranty information, a receipt, etc. So I gave them an email address I use just for these purposes.Sure enough, they force you to opt-in (although you don't) and I went back to this email address six weeks later and have dozens of emails - sent EVERY DAY. Every day they send you an email about some new bogus deal.NEVER let BrandSmart have your main email address or phone number, if you can avoid it. They will force you to opt-in (which is illegal).

      "Beware of this fake warranty"I am deeply dissatisfied because i lost $3850 with the dishonest practices of Brandsmart. Their failure to provide adequate service and honor their promises is nothing short of unethical. I urge anyone considering doing business with either of these companies to proceed with caution and carefully consider your options before making a purchase."Fake warranty promises"Beware they trick you at the time of the delivery their tricks is to deliver older model cheaper model previous model than you paid, double check you invoice if is the exact model and rfrence of thevtv you paid before you leave the store!Mostly with **** model the price is different for 85" 85j or 90j or 95j or 95k

      0 stars. Terrible terrible customer service. The guys came to put in a new fridge and take away an old one. They said they were unable to get the old one out so I had to leave it here in the living room. After about 2 weeks of dealing with poor service from them to take it out, they finally came today and put in the water line for the new fridge and then were about to leave without taking the old one. They argued that they didnt have the paperwork to take it away. I called the day before to confirm with them that theyd be taking the old one and putting the water line in. The owner of the place also called a few days earlier to confirm as well. They ended up not taking it and just walked out. I am livid. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
