      Very satisfied with the customer service A.J. provided. Very prompt and detailed. But the package isn't worth the hassle unfortunately. Canceled mine and booked an Air BNB for a better piece of mind. Reviews at the hotel we were to stay at were horrific!

      This company is a scam! I was in ***** last year at ********* and a guy stoped me and my husband to sell a "travel package" of 3 nights/4 days stay hotel. We bought it for $99 dollars. He said we would pay only for the resort fees. When we called to book we were informed that is a Timeshare, the guy lied to us.They said I am not qualified because I don't have a drivers license (only my husband has). The guy who sell the "travel package" for us saw my passport and he did not mention wasn't valid for this trip.I asked for my money back, and they said since has been more than 30 days we bought it, I couldn't get the refund and offer me an upgrade to pay more money. I just want my money back because I did not buy any timeshare. Its totally a scam. My confirmation number for the "trip" is ********.

Please be advised that all clients are provided a brochure at the time of purchase outlining the details of your vacation package, which includes the terms and conditions. We also sent a link to the phone number on file with a link to the digital version of the brochure, which we have also copied below. Take A Break Travel provides discounted vacations requiring clients to attend a sales presentation on the benefits of discounted travel. We ask that customers meet the qualifications in order to fulfill the stipulations of the presentation, which include a valid ************* ID. Also listed in the terms and conditions presented to you at the time of purchase was what our agent advised you of, which is that refunds are not provided after 30 days after the original purchase date. As a good faith gesture, we have provided you a full refund back to the card used for purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refunds to be available for use. Please contact Take A Break Travel should you have any additional questions or concerns. We are available Monday Friday from 9:00 am 6:30 pm ET at ************.
