This is a SCAM! DO NOT BOOK TRAVEL WITH THEM. I am an idiot for giving them my credit card number. I bought the package on May 23, and I called in May, June, and today and keep getting the same run-around: "Your refund has been sent to processing." Today I was told that the person I spoke with was in upper management and he would process my refund. He has an attitude, and his voice is so mundane you can tell he hates his job. Please do not fall prey to them like I did. They keep telling you the refund is processing, so it is after the 30 days refund deadline. I called the day after. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. A.Q I rate this company less than a star. I originally purchased a package from Grand ********* cruises, then it passed to this company "Take A Break Travel" which has since changed considerably from what was outlined in my original purchase agreement. The cruise was suppose to be a 5 day cruise to ******* and 6 days on *******. Now is just a 2 day cruise with no stay in *******. the other days in *******. But the cruise is what prompted me to get the package. Also when I original booked it pre-covid, in the contract was never mentioned about the time share presentation that I was supposed to attend. Now if i dont attend i can not go into the 2 day cruise and they will keep a deposit to book the presentation.?? I say this travel company is a scam. They Keep asking for money, Taxes for this, fees for that so many hidden fees that will not tell you at the beginning. At the end this trip is no longer in alignment with my original purchase agreement. An advise for costumers read reviews before purchasing this promotions. If is sound too good its probably not that good. And yes stay away from this company.Take A Break Travel, LLC

Don't use this place they never fulfill there obligations...told us to send receipts for gas to trip to ******* for my $200 gas reimbursement...but they just voided it...said receipts not valid...this is the biggest joke of a vacation package place ever...stay away from here...they lie to you to get your money then don't do what they say......bought pre covid for $1900 then couldn't go on our cruise due to covid...had to extend package so another $500...then took the land stay and was told to send in original gas receipts...no photo copies would work and just like I thought would happen said receipts not valid and since you sent originals like you were asked you just s*** out of luck...wasn't really surprised...won't ever use them again...there lose since I do travel for vactions...I just want to warn as many people as I can about this place..they will take your money and run...I still have a trip to ***** to use but don't think they will even honor that....we need to join together and *** them so they can go bankrupt..STAY AWAY FROM HERETake A Break Travel, LLC

1 starI tried to book my reservation. . I got someone who had a child talking to them the whole time . Then asked for my birthday and I said I already gave you my date of birth when I booked and they said its not in our records. You dont need my date of birth as I already gave you this information . .I was told that they couldnt go any father with out that info. Booked a 2 bedroom April 11, 2023. They tell me I have to call 2 weeks before my booking on July 30-aug 2. I get a call today saying the agent who booked screwed up the reservation and booked me at wrong resort. To make it worse they said the correct one has no 2 bedroom available and that since its over 30 days after April 11 I would not get a refund. They literally said there was no availability for my self and my 2 teenage boys but wouldnt refund me either on the item I purchased.Take A Break Travel, LLC

I purchased this over the phone on March 16. I spoke with ***** about purchasing this and a cruise package. I wasnt sure about the cruise because I hadnt spoken to my husband so we confirmed the dates for my trip and I was told someone would call me with more information regarding my trip. I spoke with ***** the next day about the cruise and confirmed the dates for my trip to *******. I never received any communication until April 25th or 26th when I received an email that my check in location had changed. Then, on May 31, about 30 days before my trip, I received a phone call that my dates were cancelled and I could reschedule. I told them I would rather a refund because those were the dates I needed. They then told me they didnt offer refunds and I should have read the paperwork I signed. I never signed paperwork and never received any communication on the trip. The agent, A.J, tried to send me an email showing proof of what I signed and agreed to, though I only had phone communication, and their email system wasnt working so now Im just out of $99 and all they can tell me is we can book you for different dates. Paid for a cruise in full before COVID and this company inherited the package from
Grand Caribbean cruises paid over 1,500.00 and instead of explaining and giving us a refund put us in a time share package we paid additional cost of over 800.00 dollars more at the end of trip cost should have been a lot less than what we paid. We have more trips they will offer us but we are scared of the hidden fees just be honest with the people you might be able to sell time shares this was a very expensive lessonTake A Break Travel, LLC
