    Purified AirConditioning was contracted to install a new 4 Ton A/C Unit with a new home main supply duct system, new compressor concrete pad, new freon line set, and new cold air return plenum and flex lines system for 3 rooms. The company was also suppose to install UV lights, pass through vents, media filter,INstall Vent grills and other products listed on the quote. The company was suppose to apply for Construction A/C Permit with ******* County, Nasples, ******* which they did not. Nothing has been inspected by ******* *************************** The technicians were out smoking marijuana in a technicians truck while on the job site during teh week of November 8th,2022. I reported this to the owner and the job is still not completed after months of delays. The workmanship is terrible and was not completed according to the quote/contract. The company is trying to charge my ***** Fargo accont $15,000 and the company has not even installed the duct system or the cold air return system any many of the items listed on the quote. The owner is very unprofessional, naracisit, dishonest, has a bullying attitude and forcefull with his instructions and how he is discussing the issue with me the customer. The owners name is *****************************. The company has other negative reviews as well. On January 14th 2023 the company sent out two different technicians from the previous technicians who came to my home back on November 8, 2022. On January 14th 2023, the two technicians pretty much wasted an entire day 8a.m. until 4:30 p.m. by making a main supply plenum piut of duct board and then tearing the newly built plenum out of the home as the plenum was damaged during installation and did not fit into the overhead 2x4 wood framing. The technician failed to measure correctly and made excuses why the plenum did not fit.I would like the company pick up all materials and remove what was installed as far as some flex ducting and not charge me anything for this debacle.
