    When you need a vehicle this is the place to go. Scanlon's professionalism, customer service and care can't be beat. I purchased a car from ****** ******, and as usually went perfectly easy and very low stress, no surprises no added on fee just a straight forward sale. I Can't say enough good about ****** ****** he has always made buying a different vechile a simple and straight forward process. The service at Scanlon can't be beat , I have always had *************** as a service advisor and he has always been direct in letting know any costs up front and always quick if repair need, I am moving and this deals hip will be sorely missed

    *BEWARE* DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE. I bought a used car here on 10/7. Eight days after I purchased it..on 10/15 it stalled on the road 3X after a low oil pressure light came on and is cannot be driven, I have a tow truck on it's way. I spoke with 2 managers (Bill & Chris)..Don't even waste your time with Chris. Neither showed a morsel of sympathy to the situation. In fact, they were down right rude. Bill at least came to a better turning point toward the end of our conversation but never in my life have I had to remind someone that I am a paying customer who needs to be treated as such. I could have been seriously injured in these car stallings (thank GOD I wasn't on a highway when they occurred) and i've been sold a bad car. How does something on this scale get "overlooked" in service before getting sold. This car only has 12,833 miles on it. That kind of issue doesn't just happen. I lost my car to the hurricane and then when I buy a new one from them, it's defected & left me stalled on the road & I cannot drive it. No car, again! They refused to tow it to their dealership. I am left to get this towed and fixed totally on my own. It hasn't even been 2 weeks! No loaner vehicle offered or granted, no towing, no nothing! Never, ever again will I deal with these people under any circumstance and I will advise ALL of my clients away from them. No one should feel "less than" stepping into an establishment, especially not a paying customer. I'm in disbelief. I can guarantee if I was 20-30yrs older I would not have been treated as I was today. Bill & Chris - a customer is a customer. I will say Aaron in the service department was very nice. The other 2 had me fuming & in tears.

    Its been tough and stressful after hurricane ***, so we understand the importance of having a good vehicle right now. The 2020 Jeep Compass purchased from us has full factory warranty coverage. We don't understand the negative situation as Jeep should fully stand behind the issues you experienced: provide towing, warranty the issue and should also provide a loaner vehicle in most cases. If the vehicle had stalled while we had it on the lot we would have taken it to Jeep right away to let them fix it, as we wouldn't sell it with that issue when it has warranty. Had this been a Lexus we could arrange towing, repair and a loaner vehicle.
