      Scam! I wish I had read these reviews before I booked a ticket on line with them. I booked a ticket for one price. They called back and said the ticket did not include luggage carry on or checked in. They charged me another $150.00. Trying to get my money back, Will call my credit card company. Went on line for my credit card. One charge for the airline for what I booked and the $150.00 charged from them. I called them again and told them I wanted my money back and they are suppose to refund the $150.00.

      Unfortunately a scam. They said that I had to upgrade to bring any type of bag at all which i did not So i am waiting for my tickets but i doubt they will come. Avoid at all costs!

      As others have reported. DO NOT use this site for anything. Its a scam of epic proportion. What you read online is not what youll be told again and again as they call you to add more charges. Stay away.

      This company is a rip off! Very deceitful . I bought a ticket at a discount price then get 2 messages to call them. When i called they tell me I have to be at the airport 3 hours before flight, I cannot use the Delta app to board but have to use their eticket which they will make available to me 24 hours before flight.Then they say they can't refund for their deceptive advertising and charge me 729.96 for the same flight but with upgrade to main cabin because all the economy were booked. The same flight on Delta if I had booked it myself was $504 they charged me $266.50 to book this thru them! The original fee was they advertised was $334!!Some one needs to investigate this company!!

      Fraud. They give you a booking and make you think you booked a seat on flight!Then they keep calling with upgrades for same flight at extra cost but my economy tickets for the flight I purchased are not available yet other seats at higher price are available.They say no refunds/ no luggage and I may have to get on standby. Called *****************, they have no record of my flight reservation so company hasn't even tried to get tickets- lie, lie, lie.. I was trying to get to my aunts funeral at a lower cost, what a mistake that was. Never, never book with this company! Attorney General needs to look into this company!Jan

      Just like all the reviews here , it was too good to be true!! Like everyone else they tried to up sell and told me it was non refundable. Finally received a cancellation but cancelled card to be safe.

      I am so with all of the other reviewers on here! This has been the WORST experience trying to book a flight! We are on "Standby" (I have NEVER been put on standby!) UNLESS we are willing to pay a little more. $211 per person is NOT just "a little more"! If I add on the $400, I could have booked through anybody else! AND...we cannot bring luggage...can't even PAY for bags!! I have never heard something so ridiculous! PLEASE!!! SAVE YOURSELF!!! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS SITE!!!!!!

      Booked a trip online for $2199.90, only to be called and told it was unavailable because it was a 'promotion'. They offered several other options, all of which were more expensive and totally unacceptable because of dates and schedules. They said they could not refund my charge, so I am stuck with the bill. I spoke with JetBlue (flight they booked without my permission, AMEX, and bestticktfare.com....no one was able to cancel the flight. JetBlue gave me a travel credit for $1495, but charged me $600 cancellation fee for three people booked on the flight.
      I am shocked that this company is still allowed to do business...A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 1

      SCAM!!! Buyer Beware. Try to buy 2 tickets from them, they come back and attempt to send me to a different airport, I told them I wanted to cancel they said that they can't, so then I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. scam artist
