  I probably should have looked here before I added my credit card info on their website. Click Bait at it's finest, and I fell for it. Found a great deal on a trip to Charleston only to be told that what I booked was a standby flight that I may or may not get a seat on, if not I lose my money and to avoid this they wanted another $500 on top of the $600 they already had to fly from Chicago to Charleston. I told them I did not want to upgrade, I'd take my chances........so they cancelled my flight all together. Now the airline has a hold on my account for 3-5 days and no one at BestTicket Fare could get it removed. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.....they exist to rip you off !

  Very sad company. They should be removed off of all sites. Bought tickets online and after tickets were "verified," they call and go over several restrictions... be at airport 3 hours early to check in, no carry-on bags or personal items, etc. I said why was this not on your website when we purchased. I tried to cancel, the representative was a jerk, I asked for Supervisor and then the Manager. Manager finally said, there is no cancellation, but he would cancel and send an email. Never got email, called back, same process again... they will cancel. They called back and then said they couldn't cancel, ***************** wouldn't let them. I had already called ***************** and they said they would and that was BestTicketFare saying that. They flat out lied. I then get a call next day and they say it's overbooked and we are on standby and they can't guarantee tickets. I again said cancel, they said they would book us on a different flight next day or whenever one is available. I said no, my contract is for that date and time. I am calling my ******************* and having it cancelled and reporting this company everywhere that I can. Most terrible company I have ever dealt with. Don't use them!

  BestTicketFare is horrendous! They are a bait and switch organization and once you book through them they refuse to give you your money back despite them not giving you what they advertised. They called me within 5 minutes of my booking a flight with them to tell me that unless I upgraded to a flight that cost twice what I signed up for, I would be on stand by and may very well not be secured a flight. I could see the flight I wanted on Priceline and they told me that flight wasnt available any longer, despite the fact that they were trying to sell me the exact same ticket for $50 more than on Priceline. They refused to give me a refund and then hung up on me. I then booked the ticket I thought I was getting through them (that they insisted wasnt available) through Priceline. I spoke to 3 people at the company (two called me) all of whom insisted that I pay them approximately double what I had originally agreed to. Bad news. Stay away.

  scam scam scam! Thought I was getting a great fare. I booked online, waited awhile for my e-mail confirmation. I called within 30 minutes and then was told I COULDN'T TAKE ANY LUGGAGE, checked or carryon and to be at the airport 3 hrs prior to check in or my ticket would not be valid. . I begged, begged him to cancel my ticket, yes, I booked online. He wouldn't do it and said if I don't go on this flight i would lose my money. He then said for another 300 or so each we would have a regular flight also at 5am and could check bags but could be at the airport 1 hr prior. The first ticket was 12 minutes from my daughter with NO LUGGAGE and the new ticket WITH LUGGAGE is now an hour away which means I now have to rent a car. Within a few minutes he called back and said the tickets went through on the credit card but $502.00 for the travel agency had a hold on it. $500????? I had the funds released. After reading everyone's complaints I now am scared our tickets aren't valid.

  This is a company that gets you in on the promise of cheap air fares. They get you to agree to the ticket purchase. After which they disclose many limitations and restrictions. They then double the cost to make the travel possible. They insist on outrageous penalties if you do not agree to these added terms. Do not use this company.

  i BOOKED A TICKET ONLINE FOR A GOOD DEAL TO SPAIN, THE TICKET WAS FOR A TOTAL OF $1,550 DOLLARS AND IT SAID IT WAS CONFIRM BUT NO CHARGES WERE MADE TO MY CREDIT CARD SO i WAS A BIT CONFUSED. TWO DAYS LATER I GOT A CALL AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD PURCHASE A TICKET THAT WAS VERY GOOD BUT THAT BECAUSE IT WAS OF A LOW COST I COULD LOOSE THE MONEY IF THE FIGHT WAS DELAYED OR CANCELED AND THAT I HAD NO BAGGAGE AT ALL AND THAT I COULD NOT EVEN BUY ONE SO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE SAID THAT IT WAS BETTER FOR ME TO BOOK A DIFFERENT FLIGHT SO I WOULD NOT LOOSE MY MONEY WITH A DIFFERENT PRICE. "FRAUD" HE ALSO SAID THAT I COULD NOT CANCEL THE RESERVATION AND THAT IF I DID THAT I WOULD ALSO LOOSE THE MONEY SO I HAD TO FORCEBLY BOOK A MORE EXPENSIVE FLIGHT WITH THEM. PLEASE HELP WITH THIESE ***** TRAVEL AGENCYS.

  Best Ticket Fare is the biggest scam out there. Wish i could leave no stars for them!! they hide all their extra charges in their website so you don't see it and then at the end they say you can't cancel and get your money back after you have been lied to and scammed. Please don't order anything from them. i promise you that you will be very sorry. you can't take luggage unless you pay and extra $172 for 1 piece of luggage which was more than the whole airfare was. I am very upset and hope they look into these lying cheating scamming ******.

  Purchased a "ticket". It listed the right flights and everything, and then I wasn't able to check-in with the airline, because my itinerary doesn't exist. Beware, total scam.

  Tried to say I could not even bring a carry on even though that was not written in the reservation review. Was then told I could pay double if I wanted to cancel even though I was still on the phone with the person taking my reservation. Hung up and will put in a dispute with my credit card company.

  Just tried to take a $1,000 from us. Brought tickets that werent even available. Can they not be investigated, or is it ok in the ** to scam people? My next step is to contact authorities myself.
