  Bait and Switch... Do not book with this company. Cryptic emails, terrible phone customer service. I fortunately looked to bbb for a review when I was attempting to add my rewards number to my itinerary. Their "agents" did not understand my request, nor could provide me that itinerary number.   Total scam! Read that again. TOTAL SCAM! We received a confirmation and boarding passes. Tried to check in online within 24 hours- the airline had no reservation. Called best ticket fare back, they said to talk to someone at the airline when we arrived the next day. We did so and still no reservation. Had to buy a completely new ticket for both legs. Tried to get my credit card to reimburse but these guys are slick. They make the charge come from the airline so when you go to refute, the credit company verifies with the airline who says they had a legitimate flight scheduled even though they didn't have one reserved per our "ticket". NO STARS

I asked them why, you already conform my booking with west jet.They respond was because youre bought ticket cheep you should change it To the higher price .

  I purchased a ticket on Best ticket fare's website and received an email stating 'pending' and someone will get back to me shortly. I called customer service and was told my fare did not include a carry-on bag. I spoke to 3 representatives before the final rep accused me of not wanting to pay for bags, stating that I could not cancel, (although the ticket was booked less than 30 mins before the call) and that he would not cancel my ticket unless I can prove that I enter carry-on and cancellation as part of my accommodations. He was also talking over me and stating reasons why I would not be refunded by my credit card company or the airline. I will NEVER recommend this site for booking flights.

  I had a terrible experience with BestTicketFare. This company is a complete scam. I initially booked a flight because of their seemingly low prices, only to be hit with a classic bait-and-switch. After entering my credit card information and thinking I had secured a great deal, I received a call from a representative with a thick accent informing me that my ticket was not confirmed. They then pressured me into paying significantly more for the same ticket, claiming it was a "regular" price adjustment. Not only were hidden fees, such as additional charges for luggage and check-in, not disclosed upfront, but their customer service was abysmal. The representatives were unhelpful and difficult to understand, making the entire process frustrating and stressful. It took multiple calls and long hold times to finally get my ticket canceled, and even then, they tried to convince me to accept a credit instead of a refund. I contacted my credit card company to ensure no charges went through, as I had zero trust in BestTicketFare's promises. This company should not be allowed to operate in the US. Their business practices are deceitful and predatory. Save yourself the headache and book directly through the airlines or a more reputable travel agency. Avoid BestTicketFare at all costs!

  This is a BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM. I suspect many if not all of the positive emails you see on Trustpilot are fake. Bestticketfare advertised a low air fare, I entered my credit card info and got an email that I would be contacted later when the ticket was confirmed. I got a phone call from someone from India saying they would confirm in 3-4 hours. In 4 hours I got a call back saying that my ticket was NOT confirmed, but I could buy a "regular" ticket for $140 more than was advertised (and more than a ticket directly from the airline!) I said no, I want to cancel and I want my money back. She said cancellation would only give me a "credit" with them. I said I wanted my money back and to talk to her manager. She cancelled the ticket without penalty or charge to my credit card and without a "required credit." While I had her on the phone, she sent an email verifying this and I checked that there were no credit card charges online. SUCH A RIPOFF!

  I purchased 2 tickets from Southwest using BestTicketFare leaving from LAX to Phoenix, I thought I was getting a great deal using them, as 3rd party! Wrong!! There were hidden charges. For example, extra charges for carry-on luggage, and other charges for check-in luggage, no seating assignments. These were not disclosed at the time of purchase. So, don't fall into their so called "Sale price". Go directly to the airlines, you'll get a better deal!! Southwest do not charge the carry-on and checked bags. They said no cancellation refund. I contacted my credit card company and advised them not to put the charges through. Luckily, I was able to stop the charge.

  Horrible experience. Booked a flight to for 6 passengers for what we thought was $431. Received a call from the agent stating the price did not include luggage. We were then told that for approximately another 400 we could accept the flight and it would include luggage however we would still have to pay for the luggage when we got to the airport that was another fee of $64.What a scam, nowhere in the travel instructions on the itinerary did it say luggage wasnt included. Cancelled credit card before we could be charged.Never doing business with this company again!

  I find it hard to believe that this is a legitimate company that can do business in the U.S. I booked a flight at what I thought to be a remarkable price. The next day I received a telephone call from a Best Ticket Fare representative informing me that the the airline had changed the price/terms of the flight although they had already sent me an itinerary confirming the flight numbers, dates, and times that I had requested. They had yet to withdraw the funds from my account.I told them to cancel the reservation but they argued that they could not cancel because the airline would still charge my card. As I understood it I had no option but to go along with the change. I persisted in my demand for a cancellation and they eventually relented. Difficult company to communicate with. There is a language barrier which complicates the process significantly. Although I asked them to communicate via email or text, they persisted on using the telephone. In my case resulting in several calls with hold times of 45 minutes to an hour.It appears to me that they use an exaggerated but very attractive price to get you to buy a ticket. After purchasing the ticket, they then try to coerce you into buying a "reality" ticket.

  Absolute scam. Worst part is it came up on a cheap tickets search, which I USED to use. Disgusting.
