      My undergraduate college (******** College) transferred $2000 in scholarship money for my University of Florida (UF) graduate summer 2023 course fees on June 30, 2023. However, without my consent, UF split the money they received between the upcoming fall 2023 and spring 2024 semesters. Two people in the UF Financial Aid office claim that my undergraduate college has to let them apply the money for the summer 2023 term, but my undergraduate college says the exact opposite and that it is up to the University of Florida to apply it correctly for summer 2023. This all comes after months of delay and feet dragging by the University of Florida and constant lack of communication and/or ignoring my emails/voicemails seeking to resolve this issue. They also rarely pick up their main phone line when I tried to call them a lot of times to get help. Ultimately, them splitting the money into fall 2023 and spring 2024 is not feasible as I am graduating at the end of the fall 2023 semester.

      While I owe $1040.50 for summer session 2023, they are not willing to deduct it from the $2000 scholarship money and apply the rest to the fall 2023 semester. So in effect they are taking half my scholarship money away from me. This is fraud.

      While ******** College has played a part in this delay and feet dragging as well, the money in my name is now in the University of Florida's possession. Altogether this has become an incredibly frustrating situation since the beginning of May 2023 that has taken up too much of my time and energy. While I am happy with my academic work and program at UF, I feel that I have been mistreated by the Financial Aid Office regarding this issue.

      In store purchase made at campus bookstore. I live out of state. Called bookstore and inquired about making return. Was told to mail shirt back with a copy of receipt. Mailed shirt back. Per proof of delivery, shirt was delivered on 05/24/2023. Called several times and also left messages with no assistance.

      I purchased 2 coffee makers and a mixer from the college at auction, the only photos showing the front of the coffee makers also shows the baskets that are part of the machine, They admit to the mistake but they are not part of the auction I was told. And expected me to accept that, The correct factory parts that are missing are over $240 each x 2 machines, $480. They sent me some ebay links telling me that they are 48.00 , and tried to get me to accept those, The links were for a completely different brand, then I was sent links to a scammer website again trying to get me to accept 48.00 parts that don't exist and they steel your credit card info. I find the correct part number for them and they are 238.00 each I then find some non OEM CHINESE PARTS, and they agree to refund enough to purchase only 1, they do not come up for sale used, I'm happy with used, but I want 2 baskets, 1 for each machine as per the auction photos, I have already 3 hours of time, fuel, moving, and storage invested, As well as hours of high blood pressure dealing with these people. I found them half price, I'm willing to accept non OEM, This should be a clear case of right and wrong. 240.00 will replace the missing parts

      I ordered two items from the University of Florida Bookstore online (Order number- ************** When I ordered the items they said nothing about being back ordered or not available at the time of order. Got these items for a birthday present. Still waiting on my order with no updates. I would like to escalate this. Believe I need some sort of reimbursement. Haven’t received any info on my order. Emailed them twice and no response. The phone goes straight to voicemail for online orders and you can’t leave a message. Believe this is deceptive and very upset. My daughter keeps asking about the dress I ordered. I would like some sort of refund and the items. It’s been almost a month.
