      We had Reliable AC do a significant amount of work over the past year and paid them approximately $23,000. Most of the work was satisfactory, and when the job was incomplete, they eventually fixed the problem. Their last, most recent job was a new AC unit installed for upstairs around March 2022 that made a lot of noise and did not cool. The first time we notified them, they claimed that is just how it was supposed to be. The temperature would not go below 77 degrees and they came back again and said the compressor was "bad". They replaced the compressor and charged us $1563 for replacement and repair. The warranty states "10 year warranty on all parts and one year on parts and labor". When we questioned why there is any charge for a new unit that never worked properly, they cut the charge in half. It still should be under warranty and seems unfair that we have to pay extra for a new unit that never worked.

      Thank you for contacting. We were unable to view the loaded receipts. Please try uploading the copy of the receipts again, along with copies of any payments, and photo of the indoor and outdoor (outdoor if easily accessible ) air conditioning serial numbers. They serial number are located on the big stickers on air handler and condenser.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It turns out that this was the wrong Reliable AC Services. I resubmitted my complaint with the correct business located in *************.
