    I ordered two dressed on Dec 5th that were to be shipped and received by Dec 19th. Only one of the dresses were actually shipped from the order and received on Dec 18th. When reaching out to the company via e-mail since they have no phone service I received no reply. Since I needed two dresses for two girls before Christmas I decided to return the one I received in hopes of getting a full refund. However, since the other dress is still preparing to be shipped on the website I have no way of returning it and receiving my money back. Still have not received an e-mail back after sending two more e-mails, or received a refund from the 1 dress I was able to return. I would like the business to return my full amount of $67.97 that was paid for the two dresses. Order number is ******

    We apologize for the incomplete shipment for the items on the order. The items on the order were sold as Pre-order now - ships at a later date in December.  Records indicate our warehouse received one color style on time, while the other was delayed from the manufacturer.  

    To resolve this issue, and to support what the email indicates sent in the January 9th, ******************************************** full.  The final refund has been submitted on January 12, ****.  Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to post to your account.  The first refund was submitted and processed on January 2, ****.

    On Dec. 10, 2023, I placed an order for a dress for my granddaughter for Christmas. I paid extra for shipping to ensure that I would receive it in time for Christmas, but have not received this order. My credit card was charged for the item on Dec. 10, 2023 for $22.95. The order # ******. When checking the shipping status, it shows unshipped. The only way to contact this company is via email as per their website. On Dec. 19, 2023, I emailed the company asking how I could receive the item before Christmas, and received no response. On Dec. 20 and Dec. 29, 2023, I emailed the company requesting a full refund to my credit card, and once again received no response. I would like to receive a complete refund since I never received this item and no longer need the item since I did not receive it in time for Christmas. The requested refund amount of $22.95 includes the extra paid for expedited shipping. I would like this refund applied to my credit card and not in the form of store credit as I do not plan to shop with this company again.

    The order has been canceled and refunded in full as of January 3rd, 2024.  The item on the order was listed a Preorder Now - ships at a later date in December.  The manufacturer delayed shipment on this item, and we did not receive the item in time to meet the needs of this customer.

    12/1 ordered an item. I received an update that the pre order would not ship until 12/11. As of today 12/30 I have not received my order. I have emailed the company and have not received a response.

    Hello, 

    This customer ordered a Preorder item, expecting the item to ship at a later date in December.  Due to forces outside our control, the specific size item did not arrive as expected to our fulfillment center in time and was delayed in transit from the manufacturer to our fulfillment center.  We have canceled the order and refunded the order in full on January 2, 2024. 

    We apologize for the inconvenience and hope we can work together again on a future order.

    I ordered a total of 5 dresses and there were delivery dates. I received the first two dresses in the right date the next one 4 days later and the last two have yet to arrive. I think that if you dont have a product ready to ship why would you even have that in your website. I purchased these well over a month before the Christmas. These were to be Christmas gifts and now my niece did not get the full gifts. This is irritating. There was no number to call anywhere and I have had to contact this company via email but conveniently they stopped answering my emails during before the holidays as they offered to ship me replacement dresses so I asked for which dresses could be guaranteed to be shipped before Christmas and then it was crickets. They were not even trying to help. This company has terrible customer service and did not try to make this right. I will never recommend this store to anyone, shop around and get your dresses elsewhere.

    Records indicate the order was placed for 2 items that were in stock - advertised as Ships Next Day shipping estimate.  The other 3 dresses were sold as Pre-order Now - Ships Early December - with the email sent on the day of the order indicating:  This item is a pre-order and is expected to ship by Dec 09.  One of the Pre-order items shipped after the Ships Next Day items.  The other 2 items were not delivered to our fulfillment center from the manufacturer, and the two dresses have since been canceled and refunded back to the payment method on file.

    We apologize as we do sell items that are not ready for immediate shipping - listed and advertised as Pre-order Now - Ships (at a later estimated date), which can be found directly above the Add to Cart button - with the shipping estimate published on every item.  This being the customer's first order with us, they must have overlooked the shipping estimate at the time of order, otherwise the Preorder items would not be an issue.  

    The customer has been refunded for the 2 unshipped Preorder items on December 31, 2023.  

    We recommend and readers and new / first time customers to review all the details on the product order page - especially the shipping estimate, as we advertise shipping estimates as Ships Next Day, Delivers in 14 to 21 Business Days, and Preorder Now - Ships at a later date.  The shipping estimate is located directly above the Add to Cart button on every item on our website.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and hope we can do business again in the future.

    I ordered an outfit for my daughter and the shop date was estimated to be 12/11. Its not here and not shipped.Our order number is ******. Where is our outfit? I have messaged more than once with no response. Its full of people who frankly dont give a ***** about anyone else. At this point I need answers. Is it coming? If its not, refund my card promptly.

    I Ordered two jackets on Dec. 12th. I have not received the jackets as of Dec. 29th. I have emailed the company which is the only mode of contact, numerous times, but the company has not responded. The tracking information is incomplete, and I therefore have no way of knowing the status of the order.

    I received the package with both jackets. Although I ordered the garments from *** Belle based in *******, the post marks on each were not stateside and shipped separately, but were repackaged at another location. See photos above. 

    My only continuing concern is that the company did not respond to email and the phone number I obtained on line was only a recording with no way of leaving a message or speaking to someone. Other than that, I have no further complaint.

    I ordered a dress November 21 for Christmas. It is now December 27 Christmas has passed and I had to order another dress for my granddaughter. I have made multiple phone calls and multiple emails with no response. There was a response on instant messaging through ******** that they would be in contact with me but there has been no contact they do not answer their phone. They say theyre still on Covid policy I want my money back.

    We apologize for the delay in response and for the delay in the shipment of the dress.  The dress was advertised to deliver by Christmas, and we failed to meet that promise.  We have refunded you for the dress today 1.16.2024.

    The style / item was delayed while in transit from the manufacturer to us, which is out of our control, and for that, we take responsibility for and apologize and have refunded the item.

    Please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive the refund of $40.84, which is the amount paid for the dress plus the ** sales tax amount.

    On 12/09/2023 I ordered 6 items. I received emails regarding 2 of them, the Grinch inspired *************** and the Dancing Star Sequin Dress, both for my granddaughter, indicating they were on "pre-order" and would ship by 12/13/2023. I received the other 4 items and expected to receive notification regarding the remaining 2, but they did not email me or ship the items. I sent them 3 emails; however, by then, I could not have had them by Christmas.To date - 12/27/2023 - I have not received any response to my emails (but I KEEP getting advertising emails from them). I have not received the remaining items. The company has an old COVID message on their phone number. I want my money back. I want an apology. This is the worst customer service and barely 1 step away from being a SCAM. If I had not received some of the items, I would say this is a SCAM. Not having a answered phone line for customers to call is the worst customer service and if I had to guess, they are doing it this way because they know they are going to sit on customers money until they start complaining.As of today, I am out $59.98 and want a refund and apology.

    We apologize for the delay in shipment of the Dancing Star Sequin Tiered Tulle Dress, we show the dress was shipped out after Christmas.  The delayed items on the order were delayed in transit from the manufacturer to our fulfillment center and out of our control.  For the inconvenience, we have issued the refund for the dress that delivered late.  Please expect the second refund of $29.99 back to your payment method on file.  The Grinch Inspired Sequin Pants Set was seized by customs for an undisclosed amount of time, as we have not yet received this specific size item into our warehouse.  The Grinch item was refunded on January 3rd, **** in the amount of $29.99.

    The total refund for your order - once cleared and posted, will be $59.98 as outlined in the complaint.

    We have emailed you a discount code for your next purchase if you give us the chance to make it up to you.

    We apologize for incomplete shipment on your order, as the manufacturer and customs delayed these items to us, which delayed or failed to ship out to you.

    Order was placed November 27th and estimated delivery was December 15th. After receiving no updates I messaged the business on December 17th to inquire about my order. The business responded giving me the option to cancel my order because it wouldnt arrive in time. I agreed to getting a refund and after two days of no response I reached out again to see when my refund would be processed and they let me know it was too late and I would just have to receive my order late then send it back to get my refund. I let the business know I ordered these pajamas for pictures and if they werent going to arrive on time (by Dec 24th) then I needed my refund to purchase new ones. Ive been left with no response. This businesses communication is awful and I think I shouldve been given my refund for the inconvenience they caused. And if I wouldve never reached out the first time, when were they going to tell me that my order was extremely delayed? Poor customer care.

    Due to higher than normal email volume during the December rush period, we were unable to complete the refund in time and the order was shipped, and delivered December 26th, 2023.  We show that a return request was submitted in our return portal.  Please use the pre-paid return shipping label to return the items to us for a full refund, including shipping fee.  The order was shipped - after your requested email to cancel the order, and we  apologize for this inconvenience.

    The notes to refund the order including shipping fee have been added to the return portal.   Please return the items within 15 days of December 26, 2023 as that is the date the label was made, and typically expires or is canceled if not shipped within 15 days of the label being created.  This request to ship the return items is included in the return email instructions emailed on December 26,2023 with the return shipping label and return authorization form.

    I ordered five pair of shoes and had to return two. I have returned the shoes and cant seem to get in touch with anyone at that business to get my refund even the store credit. The third pair of shoes that I also need to return for a bigger size will not allow me to return because it says I havent received it yet, all things came in one package, and I had all of them, and could only return two out of the three.
