    I sent this dress to my granddaughter in **********. They Facetimed when she got the package. It was so delightful watching her open the package and immediately try on the dress. She was so excited and loved it! I wish you made this dress in other colors. My munchkin in 6 years old but very tiny and wears a size 4/5 dress. This dress fit her perfectly because of the stretch. Please make it in different colors!

    Ive ordered more times than I can count. Ive never been disappointed. The quality of outfits for the price cannot be beat. Ive had a few times *** ordered the wrong size & the return process was extremely easy & Im very impressed. I love how my baby looks in all these adorable items. Definitely recommend

    Company pretends to allow you to send items back. Did all immediately and even have confirmation it has been filed - then radio sikence. Please inquire what percentagr of requested returns do not have items shipped back. Making a wall impossible to get over is lame. Sent many emails as follow up.but get on their case.

    Hello ********,

    We are very sorry to hear about your report of not receiving return instructions or the return label via email.  Records indicate the return shipping label emails were sent to the email address entered at the time of purchase.  The email address belongs to your wife *****, who was sent return shipping instructions and return shipping labels on January 6th.  On January 8th we manually replied to your email sent January 6th and resent the return email to your email provided on Jan 8th to *******************. Then we resent them again January 15th to kcvi****@gmail.com.  We also resent it to your email address attached to this Review on January 15th, **** **************************.   Our records indicate a total of 5 emails containing the return shipping label were sent to 3 different email addresses provided by ***** or you between January 6th and Jan 15th.  ************** silence is simply false, as your emails were replied to within 48 hours or less, which is normal the first part of January, dealing with thousands of customers attempting to return gifts, and response expectations are listed on our Contact Us Page as expected email response time.  Please check all of your email accounts for responses, as you sent inquiries from different email addresses.

    Today is now January 18th, **** and the return has not yet been scanned in by ****** according to their tracking page.  Please return the package within 15 days of the return request created, which shows created January 6th, ****.  Please mail the package with **** by January 21st, **** to avoid rejection by the returns department.

    We recommend always checking the email address that the order was placed under to receive communications from us.  We have no way to verify if the email address is correct, valid, or not being used - as ***** entered the order under her primary account - which has 16 orders placed under the one email address.  It is the customer's responsibility to know what email address is used when placing the order, for communications regarding returning items, or any correspondence regarding their order. 

    We show the return label has been sent several times detailed above, and also to your email address provided on January 15th, ****, prior to processing this Review response.  

    We do not disclose percentage of returns submitted vs actual returns processed, as some customers may submit a return request online but never actually send the item back after their child says they want to keep it.  Thank you for your inquiry into this matter.

    We recommend checking the email address used on the order for any order communications from our company.  

    We respectfully request this review be removed - as we sent the emails several times, and someone else - not the customer - submitted a review about non-receipt of emails regarding an email account they did not have access to, or chose not to check.  This is not our fault - customer should be aware of what email address they used at checkout.
