The business took over A.C. Goodier and in ***** ** in Palm Coast
The tech they sent out spent 5 minutes determining the cause of the AC sutting down was the thermostat module, he (Michael) did not have the spare part and suggested I purchase it myself.
He did not fix the usit but said I owed $125 for diagnostic charge and said to call the office and did not provide me a bill.
I called and the office person Casey, said To fix the problem tomorrow it would be $375 plus the $125 a total of $$500. I said I would try to get the part myself and she said she would deduct the amount if I did to call her back
I found the part and called and she said the tech Mike would be there. the next day Wednesday November 22. We showed up the part did not fix the problem and he did some wiring and said the problem was a bunched up wire.
I spoke to an AC tech who said that would not cause the AC to turn off so I think the tech ran up my bill on purpose.
The office person Casey said someone would send a check for $175 to make the total charge $325 but I never received the check.
