    On February 16, 2023 I reserved a 2 hour boat rental via www.**************, the reservation being for the morning of February 17, 2023 (the next day). Upon making the reservation on the 16th, ************** charged me $422.94. This is reflected in the attached document under the name "FH* RENTALBOATCOM ****** **".On the morning of February 17th I arrived at ************************************************************************* for the boat reservation. The boating staff took down my credit card information prior to boating on that day, which they said was for any damages to the propeller, etc., to be determined upon returning and via inspection. I returned the boat after 2 hours, the boating staff inspected the propeller and boat, no damage occurred, and I left the premises.As can be seen in the attached screenshot, I was charged an additional $400 by "LADY PAMELA BOAT RENTA ********* **" for this single boat rental transaction; the company, which appears to be doing business as an unregistered business entity in the ****************, effectively charged me double for the single 2 hour rental that took place on the morning of February 17, 2023.I have called **** at ************** around 10 times over the past several months, and he continues to assure me that the owners (**** and another person) will take care of this refund, however, they still have not as of the time of filing this complaint. I will not be taken advantage of by a company that treats customers in this manner, and I request a refund of either the $422.94 that was charged on Feb 16, or the $400.00 that was charged on Feb 17.
