    If I could leave no stars I would. This provider did a procedure before the patient was properly sedated causing trama and unnecessary pain. We filed a complaint and were told guidelines were met. I don't care what the guidelines are, you don't perform a procedure on a patient who is not properly sedated/anesthetized. This shows an incredible lack of caring and concern for the patient. The provider was told by patient and staff and choose to ignore them. The patient had to endure the procedure awake. Unbelievably callus provider.

    They overcharged me, and if I don't call months later I don't realize that they owe me money back, I have called and called and they have made fun of me because they tell me that they are going to send it and I keep waiting, there is no one to take responsibility neither in the morning nor in the afternoon and they keep telling me that they are going to send me the payment and that there is no manager at the moment for that matter.
