    I hired this company to renovate my pool and backyard on 12/2021. I gave them a deposit of ****. And finance the rest which was *****. 00 the thru a company called SVC.COM. My yard and front travertine is falling apart.I tried calling the number but it's been disconnected. I pulled there licensed thru Biz.com and they are still liable to their business name.I have left several messages but no response. I am still paying this loan but my yard is falling apart. All I want is for them to fix what is broken

    Attached have provided pictures of the findings when we arrived to ***** residence. The issue was caused by roots coming from neighbors homes and causing the pavers in ************** residence to collapse. This is not a warranty issue but a maintenance/wear and tear occurrence. The issue has been resolved and have provided customer with resources to avoid this from accruing again.
