      In April 2024 I recieved an estimate from ******* the owner of Afforabke fencing of 9000 dollars to do my fence. I signed the contract and provided ******* with all of the money to purchase the materials to start building the fence. ******* dropped off a bunch of the materials to my home and disappeared to **** for 2 weeks. He was suppose to start on my fence 2 weeks prior to this. I asked for a refund and he refused. He said I would be stuck with the 6000 in materials and would not issue a refund. This was my first issue. As the project went along he under bid the project. Thus forcing me to spend another 2000 dollars in materials and labor. I do have all of the invoices he gave me as well as the email he sent me as he did disappear for 2 weeks leaving me wondering if he took my money and ran away. I contacted ******* for the past 4 weeks asking him to fix the gates to the property as the dead bolts have rusted and fallen off. ******* assured me, this fence was a lifetime warranty. He has been ducking and dodging me to fix this. The one date never stays closed unless it is locked. I don't enjoy dealing with this man, but for ***************************************************** certain areas, and the dead bolts to the gate to be not fall apart. I contacted him again today 11/5/2024 and he told me someone else would be handling his scheduling and basically not to contact him because someone would be in touch. This business is unorganized, unprofessional, and the quality of work is lack there of. I have attached the different invoices where he under bid the job. I attached a screenshot of the communication from him when he was trying to reach me after disappearing out of the country. I also attached the text message conversation where I have been asking him to rectify the situation since September 20th 2024, and he has failed to do so. This man is a shady business man. He can issue a 40 percent refund for the fence at this point so I can pay someone for repairs

      He was hired to extend our pool enclosure ( cage) by 12 x 23. He had the concrete pad poured. Then never came back. One of his worker showed up at my house a week after looking for *******************************. Apparently, he didnt pay him either. We gave him $7000 for materials. He left garbage in my backyard as well as the concrete with the framing still on it. He refuses to complete the job and wasted our Time for three months promising he would get it finished. So now I have a 12 x 23 concrete pad that should not cost more than $3000. installed and he has blocked my number and wont answer my emails. I would like the $4000. that is owed to me. BTW I found ******************************* through ***** . He also works or takes peoples money under the name of Dream Home Property Consulting. He also went to **** after he got the money for materials from us. Sleazy contractors like this should not have a license. Please help me.

      This is a false complaint on all parts of what she is saying. ************************* and her husband *** are Alcoholics and drink every single day they have threatened me and yelled at me and are demanding cash back knowing that I explained that no company gives cash back. I installed her fence and she had no complaints at all or problems with me or the beautiful fence that's installed in her house. We also at the same time signed a contract with my other legal company Dream Home Property Consulting to do the concrete and patio which she uploaded the contract for and signed. I am not a bad contractor things happen and she understood. First time my guys went out to poor concrete the truck got stuck in the construction across the street my guys sat all day couldn't work and I still had to paid them. Then I was in **** two days on an emergency with my kids they couldn't contact me and *** showed up at my home and threatening me to get the job done of else. We finally poor the concrete and I'm trying to schedule the screening to get done but its taking long. Most people are busy and I sub contract and my guys are backed up with work. They don't wanna wait so I offered to return 1200 Dollars witch is the difference of what was installed and the deposit given. We would have gone and picked up the garbage and taken off the framing but at this point I fear for myself and my workers and don't feel safe sending anyone over there. I have proof in emails that she is aggressively wanting more money than she is owed and won't settle for the correct amount. Plus she wants to meet up at a location of her choosing and wants me to bring cash 3000 Dollars to be exact. I'm sorry but this is not how my Business operates. Please see attached emails as proof and I will be happy to mail her a check for ******* the last week of June which is when all refund checks get mailed out the last week of every month.

      I am rejecting this response because: ******* is a liar. Lets look at this The contract was signed on 2/17/2024. He jerked us around to May 24, 2024 when he refused to come back with his fabricated excuses. I don't care that he got stuck in **** and didn't have a phone. I don't care that he crashed his truck. I don't care that he has to go to court. He was paid for a job and did not do it. 

      We are left with garbage of construction material including from the fence installation and a 12 x23 concrete pad with the framing still attached.

      He is over charging for a job he did not do. $5,800. is ridiculous. ****** states concrete pad installed are between $6.00 to $12.00 sq. ft. 

      ******* has $7000. of our money.
