    On Tuesday April 29, 2025 Sikes Detailing Company was scheduled to wash my fifth wheel travel trailer, arriving between 9 and 10 AM. As of 12:45 PM not only has he failedto show, but he has not responded to two phone calls with voicemail, and two texts. This is twice that he has done this to me in the past year, that is not showing up without prior notification or valid reason.

    On January 29, 2025 ***** ***** with Sikes Detailing Company pressure washed my 41’ 5th wheel travel trailer. In doing so one decal on the doorside slideout was damaged. *** ***** paid me $30 for a new decal on February 17, 2025. I recently spent 4 hours removing the damaged decal and the glue residue it left, and installing the new decal, and submitted a request to *** ***** for $100 for this labor. My request was declined as noted in the attached screenshot.

    The amount of $175 noted in the original complaint was an estimate received from an ** ****** ***** The actual amount once the job was performed was $100, which *** ***** declined to pay.

    The nature of my complaint is twofold: twice in my history with Sikes Detailing Company have they failed to make a scheduled appointment WITHOUT any notification, and more recently they have failed to reimburse me for damaging my trailer while washing it.
