      Their customer service if horrible! You will get an idiotic monkey on the phone when you call. You will be on the phone for 45+ minutes and they will literally tell you to go online and fill out a form. The laziness is unconscionable!!!******* said "is there anything else I can help you with?" She did not help or answer a single question in a hour phone call that was about correcting my mailing address. A mistake made by one of employees. Since opening my account I have not had access to my money or received one piece of correspondence from them and they do not care. Find another bank that values you as a client. Everbank absolutely will not.

      Getting my money back from Everbank is a joke. When my CD matured on 1/17, I contacted them and asked that they transfer the funds to another bank. They don't do that. The alternative was for them to mail me a check. Today marks day 12 and still no check. This morning Everbank confirm that, yes, the check was placed in the mail on the 18th, and it's their policy to do nothing until 14 days have passed. To which I responded that it doesn't take that long for mail delivery, unless they forgot to put a postal stamp on the envelope. So I asked if I don't receive the check in the next 2 days, they will take action? N O ! According to Everbank, their 14 day count is based on business days. Incredible, pathetic bank. You can be sure that when my other CDs mature I'll be closing them and NEVER doing business with EVERBANK again

      The customer service at ********************** is terrible. I have been locked out of my account on their website for about 2 months now. I have called them constantly and have been continually promised that the problem will be fixed soon, but nothing has happened. About a week ago, I asked that they send a document to my email (since I could not access the webpage) but it has yet to arrive. Once again, I made almost daily calls and got empty promises. Yesterday, I asked that that the document be sent to me via paper mail. I hope it arrives.************

      This bank needs to be investigated immediately. I want someone to look into their shady business practices. I have not been able to see my online account since November 2023. When I log on the screen is blank. I've been on hold with the web team for over an hour. My next step is to call the ****************.

      stay away from these goofballs.. as some have noted may be a ***** scheme.. Watch out becareful don't say you were not warned.. Worst I've seen in 35 years.

      Their ******************* is terrible. You cannot reach anyone on the phone and their online site was down about 1 week and you cannot access to anyone. I requested my payoff statement more than 2 weeks ago and has not received any response. I tried calling their number and it just hang up on you when you press 0 to get a customer service representative.

      Their dispute process is a joke. I ordered 2 cakes from *************** in ******** for about $52, and received 2 bottles of Lime juice. After several attempts to call and getting no answer and no answer to an email, I disputed the charge. It was denied because the company delivered SOMETHING. I offered to send a picture of the box and invoice to Everbank, but they weren't interested. I have been with them since 2006 and can't remember the last time I used the dispute process. The process is a "courtesy" I was told repeatedly. Yeah, I don't think it really is!

      EverBank is not flexible they do not take Zelle deposits in their Business Accounts and have been very unwilling to fix it. I do not want to send money out of my account, I just want deposits from Zelle. I have been a customer of ********************** since **** but that apparently means nothing.Thanks,***********************

      First, I was told that an application would take 2-3 business.Second after I talked to a supervisor in customer care on the third business day, they stated that they could not call new account processing but would send an urgent email to new application processing asking them to get in contact with me, but it would take up to two business days for them to respond. Never received a response.Third Talking to another supervisor in customer care on fifth day they told me that the fax number that I had been supplied with was not the fax number to new application processing and she had checked, and my application had never been received by any department at EverBank. On the sixth day received a e=mail informing me that my application had been approved and account was opened and was awaiting me funding the account.

      Everbank has shut me down after they allowed their customer to cash my IRS refund check of ******** it was all fraud and I have proof a statement from person who who forged my name proof that I was incarcerated proof that I never had a bank account with them I have done all the procedures of this matter. Their fraud Department will not let me send them documentation and they allowed someone to in their w a piece a paper saying I allowed them to cash it. Not notarized or power of attorney. So they won't hear me out because they basically stole my money also policy says if it's fraud they reimburse but that's customer policy so I said ok I was never a customer what right did you have cashing my check their Bank is horrible steals people's money fraud department does not care for 6weeks they said they email me and nothing.How can this be allowed they don't know how to do there job. No one will talk to me or respond. Because they know their wrong and it's their fault. I want answers cooperate something to be done
