This group picks up a deposit then subs out the work. The subcontractor that came here had a picture, notes and instructions and still put it together wrong. He couldn't speak English so we had to go thru a translator out of his home office. They were paid in full (my mistake) because they said they'd fix it. I have been attempting to work with them for two months now without success. Still hoping they will follow thru and correct thier mistake. More to follow

Ms. ******* thank you for your business. We apologize for the delay in repairs. As a dealer, our contribution to the process is on the front end - on-site measurements, pricing, recommendations, and marketing. Still, no matter how well we perform, if the baton is dropped by the fabricator or installers, it reflects poorly on all of us. The installers seemed to have received conflicting instructions at the installation. Nevertheless, this should have been addressed promptly by the fabricator's scheduling department.J. J.

This issue has been resolved. The installer did NOT receive conflicting information. He had a picture in hand. Build instructions were confirmed multilpe times by the broker, the dealer and the fabricator. If the installer was confused, unsure or was given different instruction he should have stopped immediately and made a call. None the less we were able to correct the problem.. Unfortuneate that it took so long. Extra material and additional money out of my pocket. But I suggested a remedy to avoid a rebuild for the fabricator which would have been unfair.Review fromValentina C.
