  I have called this company because I had a sinkhole in my yard, during a heavy rain week. When the owner of the company came to give an estimate to find and fix the drainage problem, he explained to my fiancee that the problem was, that when the retaining wall was built, and the drainage pipe was installed, the company, who did that, did not put cups on the pipes. So he will dig all along the wall, replace the missing cups, and put rocks along the wall. For this job, he was quoted me $1800.00. The same night, my retaining wall cracked in 4 different places, I called him back and told him what happened and that I was afraid the wall would fall into the pond. He told me he needed to come by the next day to take a look. He did show up and that time I was who was meeting him. He told me no problem, he could fix the wall too. During our conversation I asked him if it would be wise to put a trench drain in too, to divert the water. He said no problem, he could do it, and his fee would be now, $3000.00 in cash. A few days later he and his 2 men's crew came to do the job, I was not home so I could not see what work was done. When I got home I found, that he only did the trench drain in the sinkhole. drill a 4-inch hole in the retaining wall, and put rocks in a 2x4 feet deep hole. Didn't fix the wall, didn't put any cups over the existing pipes, didn't dig along the wall, just put the trench drain in, drilled a 4-inch hole, and put 3 feet of pipe.. I called him to find out why he did not do the other job, but he hung the phone up on me. The next thing was, I got a text message, that if I did not pay him the $3000.00 he would put a lien on my house. I have asked him several times to send me a detailed invoice for the work that he had done, but he never did.A week later I got a letter from a law firm, that he intended to put a lien on my house. I am willing to pay him, what other companies would charge for installing 1 trench drain and a drill hole in the concrete.

We contacted Diversified Drainage Concepts after a recent storm that caused damage and flooding. ***** showed up and accessed the property, damage and problem and quickly submitted a reasonable estimate and began work the very next morning.
