    Had my eye exam here, ordered my glasses, the lenses are so far off that they are unusable was told over a month ago they would order new lenses and it would be a week. Asked for a refund today and they won't, but they will mail me my lenses to my new location - not expecting those to ever show up. Beware of this shady place, also try to charge an extra service beyond what insurance covers for $40+/- to pad their pockets - refuse it. I won't be returning here again if I move back to ************. They also told me not to worry about the lens issue as I had a month to return the glasses if there was a problem and now being told I can't return them, I guess they were just trying to run down the satisfaction guarantee window. Way to lose a multi-year customer.
