  Terrible property management company. House was DISGUSTING upon move in. Damage, water damage, blinds not same size as window, mold, holes in walls, poorly patched holes in doors and walls. There was no working doorbell, no working light at the front door, requested this to be fixed and they ignored it. Flouresent light in kitchen had crack on the cover. they came and got it to buy a new one. they couldn't find a new one and decided that it wasn't worth it for them to replace so the light has stayed exposed this entire time, Ridiculous fees they try to tack on toward the end of the lease... $25 of maintenance repair is charged, i not only got charged that i got charged $235 for the actual job. They did not provide ample and appropriate notification for an inspection. I didn't check my email for 4 days and they charged me an $85 no show fee which is also not stated in the lease. they are terrible, do not rent from them.

  Joke of a company. Ran by people who treat everything with no sense of urgency or care. I was told I was not allowed to resign a lease for false accusations by *****. They took an application from my boyfriend and denied it for an old eviction (were talking 5 years, and he makes well above to income requirements on his own). I had a maintenance request put in about a month or two into moving in about a leaking window and it may come as a shock butIT WAS NEVER FIXED!!! I put in a request TWICE to add a cat to my lease, went through 2 walk through inspections with 2 different agents (I was let known half way through they switched my property management agent) and was told we will get in contact with the landlord and I received no information. God forbid you as a tenant try to reach out for an update, they sigh and act like theyre so backed up and that YOU as a TENANT are a nuisance bothering them. Rent from an actual property management or a real apartment complex, federated and its entire team is a joke and will do nothing but leech money from you and waste your time. I received a security deposit check under mine and my roommates name and through the portal you can blatantly see the full deposit was paid under my name and I even stated I could prove it through bank statements. They refused to cut the check into my name and I had to take a split check instead. When I went to the office to claim my half, there seemed to be no one actually working. There was a man with a small dog running loose throughout the office building. No wonder my maintenance and pet requests were never handled.
