According to BBB file information, this business has a pattern of complaints. Complaints allege the company is accepting payments from consumers before work has been completed and does not show up on date committed to start roofing projects. When the consumer informs the company that he was a no show for the appointment, the company states they are behind and the callers project is next.  The company will then again be a no show for the committed date. Complaints report the company does not return calls or emails to the consumer.  


On 06/10/15 BBB sent a written notice to Sunshine State Restoration identifying the potential pattern of complaint's with a request for a business response. The business did not respond to BBB's request.
