    This moving company first took possessions of our items on the 2nd of May. The contract we had signed with him gave them 24 days to deliver our items to our new house so that delivery date should have been no later than the 26th of May. On the 23rd of May we were contacted and told that our items were left in the Pacific Northwest. 2 weeks later our items are finally delivered by a man who is clearly drunk stumbling around and most of her items are scratched beyond belief or broken.

    Our agreement with this company was for assembly of all furniture that they had disassembled. When we question the delivery man about being drunk he fled the scene and almost hit me with the truck.

    We received, This Complaint and very sorry about this. The Driver that Agreed to Deliver the Household Goods Has Been Fired. The driver was not a employee for Allens Moving and Storage , He was a Contractor For The Porter Movers, In Seatle WA. And has been reported. We do not condone this, and very sorry this happened.

    Allen's Moving moved me from Florida to Nevada early November. I would like to file a damage claim but I was never given a Bill of Lading. I have reached out to Mr. A**** several times with no response. The claims company will not process my claim without the Bill of Lading. I have all of the other documentation but not that.
