    This company is mis leading. Excessive amount of fees, lack effective communication and stress out their clients. The amount of steps needed to rent a house is ridiculous. They were going to make me drive 300 miles after telling me all my paperwork cleared. What I was missing was the walk through. Minutes after sending me the lock box instructions, I get a call telling me all fees have been refunded. Your dog does not qualify. They had my pet screening and a video. Why waste people’s time and effort. Don’t rent from this company. Super disorganized!

    We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our application process. There was a discrepancy about your dog's breed and it did not pass our pet screening, as your dog is a mix of American Staffordshire Terrier and Bull Terrier, both specified as unacceptable dog breeds in our application criteria, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    Our application fee is non-refundable, however, we refunded your application fee as a sign of good faith.

    We take our pet screening process very seriously and work hard to ensure that our properties are safe and welcoming for all residents. We appreciate your feedback, and we will use it to improve our processes in the future.
