I have a warranty from the previous company they took over (*******). They came in and did get my HVAC unit on but after proceeded to tell me it was my Capacitor but that it was still under the10 year warranty. They were just gonna charge me for the work.. $3,500 !!!!! I found this way too much even after they offered financing which if I took this route it came out to $6,000!!! I called a second company to come out and inspect and they found NOTHING WRONG with my current condenser or unit! It is so sad to see people conducting business like this, I understand people need to be paid fairly for their work but this is robbery! Absolutely disgusting that they want to scam people out of money when nothing is wrong with my unit! I will go out of my way to make sure everyone I know does not do any business with this company.Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing And Electrical

I purchased a service maintenance plan and have had nothing but the run around in getting my air conditioning serviced as promised in the plan. Today 6/14/25 I have in a text from them that the date for service after 4 to 5 times being cancelled by them. After they didnt show up I called and was told it was Aug. 2nd, I never set that appointment and after asking to speak to a supervisor and was told one would call back. Guess what? No call so I called back and again no supervisor. Be careful before choosing this company!!!Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing And Electrical

I have been with Del-Air since my 2017 new home build; they were the installers on the **** unit. When warranty ended, I stayed with them because they'd been doing great service and maintenance and knew my system's history. I have never had a problem. I recently purchased a new Lennox system. The sales person was very knowledgeable. I wanted a quieter, more energy efficient system. I got that and much more. The Lennox is awesome. Between ****** and Del-Air's maintenance, warranty and parts/labori plan I'm covered for 10 years. What i like most about all this coverage is Del-Air's continued responsive service. They are reliable and trustworthy. I have to call out **** *. the tech, that came out and ********* for a recent system check. Nothing was wrong with the system; but all the smart technology had me stumped. **** *. came out, did a system check and spent about 40 minutes showing and explaining all the features. I feel so much more capable. When he asked is there anything else he could help me with and I replied, " Yes, could you get them to spell my first name right?" I was joking, but he started dialing and ********* corrected it on the spot! Now that's customer service! I didn't need to send a copy of my license or dental records ??. Sometimes, it's the little things that make the difference! But I'm not surprised. As stated, I have never had any system issues because I keep a warranty and stay on top of my preventative maintenance. But mostly because Del-Air is a proud brand and if something is wrong they will make it right, as expeditiously, as possible. I am not a paid spokesperson. I actually like this company. And I'm not easy! Highly recommend Del-Air!! This is *******, no one wants to be AC down. With Del-Air you won't be or it won't be long!Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing And Electrical

I dont with ***** air for 26 years, very happy with the company and the technicians. When **** air conditioning bought gator air. I was very hesitant, simply because I did not know what they would be like now that I have dealt with them and have technicians that have come to my home. They are excellent and Im more than satisfied with a very good company. Dependable and very courteous. I have already recommended **** air conditioning to friends who have dealt with their service now and are also very happy with them.
