I bought a new motorcycle at the dealership, and less than 20 days later the cable that goes to the odometer breaks, after going to the dealership they tell me that the labor to change that cable is 101 dollars, because it is a complex job, lying About the work, in short they charge 3 times the time to replace the parts, a 15 minute job turns into 1 hour, plus it took approximately 10 days to find the replacement for a product that they sell and give a guarantee, I have a recording where they do not contradict themselves about what happened

We brought a brand new scooter from them it had Carburetor issues when they brought it out When we first got it they told us to drive it for a while and see how it acted needless to say ended up 2 weeks later taking it back they replaced it with a brand new carburetor now why didn't they do that in the beginning drive it no the should have not needed a brand new carburetor with less than 4 miles on it get it home next day go to ride gas leaking every where. Brake lever doesn't work mirror won't stay up shield over muffler cracked None of this should be with the brand new scootake your chance dealing with them As long as they get their money that's all the counts Now broke down again leaking gas everywhere they're refusing to have a toad to them said it's my problem Can't drive it with gasoline can it'll catch fire these guys are a joke Going to try to get in touch with **** on your side

      ****,

We would be more than happy to repair your scooter under the manufacturers warranty.  Your bike has a great 2 Year manufacturers warranty on it, however the warranty does not cover towing it to our dealership or anywhere else.  We have to follow the manufacturers guidelines as they are the responsible for managing the warranty on your scooter.  Please call our dealership to get an appointment set-up.  We do apologize for this siutation and want to get your bike on the road and all needed repairs done in the most efficiant manner.  Thank you and we hope to see you soon!

I bought a new scooter from these guys less than a year ago. First off the sales woman was very off putting, had no interest but a sale and actually tried to change my mind to a different scooter with no explanation. I found out later I over paid for this bike by 1,000. Also, they gave me this brand new adopter with almost no oil in it. And when I lost my exhaust pipe due to the bolts steering off the motorcycle after hitting a pot hole they became very reluctant to want to help, immediately assumed I was in an accident and more or less treated me like a bag of porcupine poo. Which is pretty bad. I decided to contact the manufacturer to send me to a new dealer but it was 40 miles away. I began having problems with this machine and ultimately, against my better judgement, towed my scooter into these guys for repair. immediately I was met by their "mechanic" who started to talk down to me about working on the bike myself, and just kept looking for anything he could point out that I've done wrong, instead of listening to anything I had to say. Now this guy must be a real king of porcupine poo because whew, let me tell ya, he immediately refused to do the work I asked for because he felt unsafe testing the bike due to its condition.... and apparently I accidentally wore my porcupine poo suckered of the year shirt, because when I told him all I had done to it, he said he would figure it out, only to call me three days later and tell me I need a new top case at a minimum of 409 bucks before he will go further but still he drained all my gas and says he doesn't think it's a fuel issue... even though I told him I knew it wasn't fuel and that it was something causing the bike to shut off after warming up, like maybe I blew a piston gasket or something riding without the exhaust. Nonetheless I ate his porcupine poo for a bit then told him to cease and desist due to the amount of absolute insanity he spoke. It cost Me 90 bucks for that service. DO NOT GO HERE
