    On January 6, 2025, we entered into an agreement with this company for the construction of a driveway and walkway in our home. Per the contract, the project included decorative concrete rectangles with decorative rocks, debris removal, leveling, and the provision of all necessary labor and materials. The total agreed-upon price for this was $12,500, which has been paid in full. Despite prompt and complete payment- including advance of the final balance of $1,600 at the insistent of ******* De La ****- they have failed to finish the job. The decorative rock, painting and sealing of the concrete have not been completed. Despite numerous calls and messages, we have been ignored completely.

    The owner came to my house to give me an estimate for my driveway. We ageed to proceed with the project with the fact I needed it done as soon as possible and he agreed to get it done and get the permit in a week. I gave him $1500. Two weeks later he hadnt gotten the permit and called me asking for an additional $3000. He drew in the survey wrong and I had to keep calling him to find out info and he would ignore me and talk to me very rudely. He said he wants $3000 and that he is about to go on vacation for two weeks. I messaged him and told him I dont want to work with him anymore because he have been manipulating me and I dont feel good. I told him I needed my money back in that same message. I have proof of conversations. He said ok and that he would cancel the permit. I messaged him again today about my $1500 and he says he is not going to give me my money back. He is bad business and just wants to take my money without any progress.
