    This company is fraud! The owner ******* gave me a quote to replace an asphalt driveway and porch with concrete. He came by on 4/8/25 to execute the agreement and collected the $2,550 deposit to start the job but never even submitted the application for the permit which he claimed would be done the next day. I decided to call him on 4/30 for an update just to be told the city rejected the application because the survey was older than 10 years. Yes, 22 days had passed with no updates from him. The updated survey was emailed to the owner on 5/12/25, he has been ignoring my texts and calls ever since. I've since requested a refund of my $2,550 due to a breach of contract but I doubt he'll comply so I'm sure the ending result will be filing a claim to attempt to collect my deposit. Be careful because once he gets your money he stops communicating then the ***** begins.
