5 starsHoliday Enterprises Heat & Air, Inc. have been excellent staff, curious, efficient and timely. My A/C went out and they kindly replaced it within a day. A/C has worked excellent, there was one little problem with the thermostat and they replaced it. I highly recommend them.Review fromMatthew M

Dont sign a contract, they wont honor it. They cant handle criticism on a review on ******* They will drop you as a customer, because of their shotty work and a 2 star review with them. Stay away.

This customer was very rude to our office staff and left a negative review for us because one of our techs accidently did not roll the water hose up when they were completed with the semi annual maintenance in August 2023. The yearly contract was paid for in February 2023 and expired in Feburary 2024. We are not renewing the contract with this customer. They had been a customer for approximately 10 years. We understand everyone has a right to leave a review of how they want, but we also have the right to not renew service contracts. Our obligations to the service contract were fulfilled with nothing left due to the customer.
