    Builder never finished our house and took money for thing he didn't finish and told us he had other job to do and run out of money to do ours

    The statements ************************* made in the review are totally false. The Wagners pulled their permit as Owner Builder. They started construction and needed a licensed builder for the Bank to get a Mortgage. I had my scope of work and they had their the items they were responsible for. They expected me to finance items for them and get the money from the bank later and I explained to them that is not how it works. For example the kitchen was on them, so when they get the kitchen done the bank takes pictures and then issue a draw. They wanted me to pay for it and get paid later. The plan changed causing change orders they refused to pay. Materials they were to supply had many delays. They told the Bank I was going to build the house as a "turn key " construction however they were doing about half of the project. They commented Mortgage Fraud with their Bank. The house was completely dried in and weather tight, roof on and all windows and doors complete, paint and stain complete. When I left the job site I spoke with ************************* and he said that it was OK to go that they would figure it out how finish the project.

    I am very pleased with Kreative Homebuilders! Michael built my log cabin and I can say enough about the quality of the home and the professionalism of the company! I recommend them if you are looking for the best.
