    I am writing to address ongoing issues with the window tinting services I received at your tint world. Despite multiple attempts to rectify the problem, I continue to experience significant dirt buildup under the tint film. This has led to repeated replacements of the tint on various windows of my vehicle, including the driver side windows (4-5 times), windshield (twice), passenger windows (three times), and back windows (multiple times).I appreciate there willingness to address the issue by offering replacement services, but it appears that the problem is not being effectively resolved. Due to the persistent nature of the dirt buildup and the repetitive replacement of the tint, I am left with no other choice but to seek a refund for the services rendered.I am requesting a full refund for the tinting services so that I may seek alternative solutions elsewhere to ensure the job is done correctly. Alternatively, I would consider a partial refund if the tint can be removed from my vehicle, allowing me to have the work done by another professional.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    We have tinted thousands of trucks exactly like this one, without any issues. It's not a new vehicle, it's an 8 year old F-250 work truck that is not in great shape and had imperfections in the glass and all over the truck. After we tinted it, he was very happy with it and had no issues at all.

    But then, after a period of time, he decided he wanted to blame some imperfections with his truck's glass on the window tint - saying that it is dirt in the tint, when it's just an older truck that doesn't have perfect glass. Many of his problems are on the outside of the glass too, while window tint is on the inside of the glass. We still re-tinted it for him at no charge, to try to make him happy. Our goal is to always ensure clients are 100% satisfied and so we went above and beyond, redoing his windows multiple times when they did not really need to be redone. Each time, the imperfections were still there -- clearly proving that it is in the glass and not the tint. Some customers just can't be pleased, no matter how much you try to accommodate them. After spending a lot of hours trying to make him happy, we have come to the realization that there is nothing more we can do here. We have spent more money on labor and materials than he even paid us, trying to make him happy. Therefore, we are not willing to issue any refund - since we have spent more on his truck than he even spent with us. Many places would never have gone through so much trouble to make a customer happy but we try very hard to ensure everyone is alway satisfied with our work.

    I am dissatisfied with this response because *****, the partner, confirmed that there was excessive dirt under the film which necessitated a replacement. The attached photos only capture a few visible spots, but there are many more. I have already communicated with ***** and **** that I am willing to find a resolution, with the condition that my reviews on ****** and Yelp are removed.

    I found the response to be unsatisfactory. Upon noticing the imperfections, I would initially approach the store manager for resolution. However, when met with reluctance, I promptly called the store where the owner was **** or ***** were located to report the issue immediately having to call multiple times to get a hold of somebody even though they promised me phone calls. ***** had already confirmed the presence of excessive dirt under the film, indicating the need for a replacement. The photos provided only display a small fraction of the visible spots, with numerous others still evident. And as far as flaws on the window all the flaws are outside the tint goes on the inside. Im more than happy to let **** and ***** look at the window to see all the dirt under the film. I am willing to remove my reviews off of yelp and ****** if theyre willing to come Resolution because they already promised me someone coming down from one of the other stores to do the work, which did not happen the guy that originally tinted my windows continues to tint it, and hes not good at tinting windows due to all the excess dirt under the film

    The photos that this client posted on ****** are fake. His review is misleading and filled with lies. Upon seeing that review, we decided that we are not willing to work with him any further. We would have continued to try to come up with a compromise to make him happy, until he began leaving reviews like that in the midst of trying to work out a solution.

    Therefore, our original offer stands, in which we are only willing to remove his tint but we are not willing to offer any refunds or re-tint it again. As he admits, there are flaws in the glass and when you already have glass that is full of flaws and scratches, arguing about the smallest imperfection in the tint is just pointless.
