    I mailed them some metals a few weeks ago to sell. Their online agreement said that they will make payments to sellers between **** days after receiving the metals and locking the price. Received 9/26 and price locked on 9/27. I paid 35 extra for a wire transfer. Today 10/17 marks 16 business days since locking the price without receiving payment. **************** and accounting literally out to lunch. Whats going on? They owe me $5,166 as per the agreement.

    The Customers Wire did go out yesterday, when he entered his wire information into our system it left off the last part of the routing number which delayed the payment. He never called us asking about the wire till yesterday we then realized there was a problem, we fixed the problem immediately and wired the funds out. If the Customer had called sooner we would have taken care of this sooner.

    On September 5 2023 I placed an order for 21 silver rounds . I was told on 9/22 /23 when I called them it is usually 3 to 5 weeks for delivery. On 10/13/23 I called them back and was told maybe next week. Today its over 6 weeks since I placed the order so I called again was told they are really to busy to keep up with orders, I don't think thats the case. I have ordered from other companys and have gotten the product within 10 days.

    Ordered product September 6, 2023 was never told it would take 3 to 5 weeks for delivery. I have sent emails and phone calls to company. No estimated delivery time given only comments were they have received payment and processed my credit card order is complete except for an estimated delivery time on 100 silver eagle coins. Just need an ***************** date from the company to prevent me from ordering more silver from another company four weeks seems to be an adequate time to process and deliver. Thank you for your attention and help in this matter.

    I placed an order for gold and silver coins on 08/19/2023 and received confirmation email from the GainsvilleCoins.com that wire has been received on 08/22/23 for the amount of $2072.19. Order No. ******. Since then, the status of my order is 'Bank Wire Received - Not shipped yet'. I reached out to business multiple times to get an expected delivery date, but I keep getting standard response that they are experiencing delays and cannot give the estimated delivery dates at this time. In my last call, I asked them to cancel my order. They said that it's not possible. I asked the customer support to forward my call to their manager who can give me better information. I was told that information will be forwarded and to expect call from the manager shortly. But never received the call. They have option to ship by express shipping for which I paid 68 dollars. This doesn't make any sense at all because I have been waiting for my order delivery for almost 45 days now. The coins were bought as gift to my sister and the occasion has passed a long time ago and is not needed anymore.The status of my order is unknown at this time and I am very concerned that the money I paid is lost.

    Horrible service, ordered and Paid for order via wire transfer recieved the same day hold released on the same day via their email. Discussed when this would ship via a customer service rep and told 15 days from wire being recieved conversation was documented and recorded It has now been past 20 days and now they are saying it could be 3 to 5 weeks and I agreed to it which I did not, and even if I did why was I told 15 days. A big run around, no response to email. Next step is ******* **** of ******** Protection. Order #: ****** I want my order refunded now if you cannot ship the coins ORDER NUMBER: ******

    Placed order #****** on 9/8/2023 for 2023 American Silver Eagle Monster Box (500 coins). $13,809.95 was paid by bank wire and shows amount due of $0.00 on their order status page.Requested an update on shipping status on 9/25, received a response from ***************************** on 9/25 saying 'everything is ok with your order'.Filing this complaint on 10/4 as this seems to be the only way to get Gainesville Coins to ship orders.Next step is to contact the ******* ************************* to file a complaint about Gainesville Coins.Ship the order or refund my money.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Upgrading shipping (which they have done twice) does no good if you don't ship the order.  I've waited 60 days for this order, and they have had over $13,000 of my money tied up. They claim that there is language on their website that says there is a 3 - 5 week delay, but I cannot find it, and we are currently at 8 weeks, so that excuse is no good.

    Don't advertise a product on your website as being available if you don't have it in stock.  Otherwise, CLEARLY show that there are delays involved with the order, and explain WHY there are delays.

    You once had the reputation of being a trustworthy source for precious metals, but that reputation is now forever tarnished, and you only have yourselves to blame.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Gainesville Coins advertised their Monster Box of 2023 American Silver Eagles as  "in-stock", and at the time of my order, there was no language on their website that stated orders were delayed by 3 - 5 weeks.  My order took over 2 months to fulfill.  Understanding that there is a shortage of silver in the current market, Gainesville Coins should have been more up-front and transparent about the delays associated with my order.  Instead I was put-off and lied to multiple times about the status or my order.

    Gainesville coins has lost a customer, and they only serve to damage their own reputation by their business practices.  Don't advertise items as "in-stock" on your website, and if there are delivery delays that are beyond your control, state so on your website as well as the actual length of time of the delay.

    The BBB rating for this company, the number of complaints filed, as well as the negative reviews show that this is no longer a reputable company to do business with. Gainesville Coins has brought this upon themselves, and they deserve the negative review.

    Order was placed on August 9, 2023. I was told it would be one month to receive purchase.When I call I cant get a person who has access to the Status of my order. They wont give me todays market value of order and if I cancel order I would lose over 900. Dollars. If they buy it at todays market value they will be making money on my order above and beyond the their normal profit.

    Completed my purchase of in-stock items on 08-22-2023, paying via paper check. I have check images showing it was cashed and deposited by Gainesville on 08-30-23. .. As of *****, this order has not been processed or shipped. I attempted to contact the business via phone and email, but there is no response. I have no recourse but to file this complaint. I am requesting that either the order be shipped now, or a full refund issued. Thank you.

    We care about all of our customers and appreciate their business, including resolving any concerns they *** have about their orders. Once the payment for an order has cleared, there is a minimum processing time of 3 to 5 weeks for each order before it ships, as is clearly stated on our website before a customer places their order. This is true whether the customer pays by check, credit card, or bank wire. It holds true regardless of whether the order is small or large. We also make clear that this is only an estimated shipping date, however. There are circumstances out of our control that *** delay a customer's order, such as problems at the mints where we procure our precious metals or problems with the postal carriers who deliver the products after they leave our facilities. We work very hard to fulfill all of our customers' orders in a timely manner. Bear in mind that we fulfill customers' orders based on a queue, meaning that they are fulfilled in exactly the chronological order in which they are received by us. As such, we cannot let any customer "skip in line": we will not ship something in a different chronological order than we received it in. We are always here and ready to hear and address any customer concerns via phone or email. Despite what some complaints claim, we assure you that we respond to every single customer inquiry within a reasonable time frame.

I was finally able to get someone on the phone.. and it appears they are working towards shipping the order.. But, the assertion stated by Gainesville that I was, "informed before I placed the order that it would take 3 to 5 weeks," is not correct. I never received such notice, nor is a 5-week time frame mentioned on the company website - that I could find. Regardless, let's hope they honor their contract and send the order.

    On 8/13/23 I placed an order for 4 silver rounds. The order # is ******. I paid by credit card and it was processed and approved and the funds were taken from my credit card immediately. Their website showed that the silver rounds were in stock. I waited 4 weeks for delivery or update, but never received a confirmation of shipping, so I sent an email a month later on 9/13/23 asking them for an update and that I needed the silver rounds. I even told them I needed them by the 21st of September as 2 of the rounds were going to be a gift. I never got a response. On 9/20/23 I tried calling, but was disconnected. I then recently sent another email and still do not have my purchase. I either need my purchase ASAP or a refund. I've never had such a disappointing experience like this from any other bullion dealer I've purchased from.
