    I cannot get this company to deliver my two orders. One is at 26 working days since they cashed my check and the other 22 working days. In 40 years and 20 online purchasing from metal companies this has never even come close to happening. I cant get anyone to give me an answer to when it will be shipped or get anyone to return my call or even answer the phone.

    Just received order a big thanks to BBB of Gainesville. Honestly if this company had just communicated with me I would have been fine with a delay but when you have no idea whats going on what else is a person to do? 
    I will update my ****** review and I wont say that I wont purchase again. I think its wrong to sell products before having the advertised items on stock. They claim there can be supply issues which tells me they accept money when the item may not even be in their possession. Thats wrong and should stop. I assume thats what happened to me but if someone could have just told me that then at the least I would have known what is going on. Im satisfied. Im not a bad guy and I certainly can be a great customer.

    An order for silver was placed with Gainesville Coin on 08/12/23. The silver was identified as in stock for delivery. A check was posted to Gainesville Coin for the full amount of the transaction, including shipping. The check cleared my credit union on 08/18/23. Today is 9/11/23. My purchase has not moved through the Gainesville Coin system according to their website.*.jpg evidence of Gainesville Coin Receipt, Check (without banking information), Check Clearance, and ******* AG Consumer Complaint Form are enclosed.Please deliver my order immediately to prevent reporting to the ******* ************************* for fraudulent business practices.

    I placed an order with Gainsville Coins on July 14th 2023. I was informed via personnel and by the receipt that it would be three weeks after the payment had cleared that I would receive my silver rounds. My wired payment was received on July 18th 2023 as per the receipt from them and my bank. I tried to call numerous times yet did not get an answer either through the "new order" extension or the "talk to customer service" extension. My daughter sent an email as well on August 16th inquiring about the order with no response, it included the order number and my contact information. My daughter called on August 23rd and received a response of they were "running behind" and to give it another week. On September of September 7th my daughter was able to get someone on the phone again and they again gave the same response of " running behind" She asked how to get in touch with someone who could either ship it out now or refund the order and was given an email that was not valid and returned unsent. My daughter wrote down the email address and she stated the young lady even spelled it out so it should have been correct. Today on September 11 2023 my daughter has tried to call three times. Once on hold for 45 minutes with no answer. and another for 30 and was hung up on. I do not have faith that this will be shipped out and want a full refund. I have included all correspondence, including the returned email. Should you require anything further I will be happy to provide it. The prices of silver have dropped enough for this company to have purchased these rounds 10 times over. This is NOT buyers remorse, I have waited patiently with no communication from this company. Purchased July 14th 2023 today is September 11th 2023. I am 85 years old and feel you should always hold up your end of a bargain, this company can not or will not do it. Please refund me the full amount.

    I made an order with GAINESVILLE COINS on 8/19 of over **** dollars, they charged me really expensive shipping. I wired the the money right away. I have not received my shipment yet, the order has no invoice yet, it's not even being prepared to ship and it's been almost a month. They would not pick up the phone or answer emails.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    They never said when I ordered that there was a delay of that long, they also had the chance to answer the phone, or the several emails I sent. They made me pay $45 dollar shipping which was supposed to be faster. There was no place anywhere where they mentioned it would take this long. They can communicate something as people invest big amounts on their website and I find this is not the first complaint as they have several complaints. We are now way past week 3, almost at the end of week 4 and havent heard one thing from the business themselves yet. Not even an order confirmation, they only sent an email when they received the wire. It would be nice they would send some kind of update if its going to take this long. So I guess I will give this business the chance to ship this order this following week and if not I will need a refund.

    This order clearly showed the products approximate ship date  of 9/12 on their confirmation email and on the product description before they ordered it. They also spoke to one of our customer service reps on 9/1/23 as documented on the order.

    We say approximate for a reason. its an approximate date.

    Order #****** I have sent money to them and they have not delivered my product.They cannot tell me when they will ship my product.It has *** 15 days since my check was received. They have been sitting on the order for 5 days past the 10 day requirement for the check to clear.This is the most basic of orders that they should be able to fulfill.What games are they playing?

    I placed an order on June 27, 2023 for products listed as delayed until July 18, 2023. It's now September 8, 2023, and my order still has not shipped. I have called the company several times and nobody has ever picked up the phone. I've left at least 3 voice messages asking about my order status. I sent 2 emails, and still nothing.     I purchased a gold one ounce coin from Gainesville Coins on 7-27-23 for a sum of $2051.99 + $26.45 for shipping for a total of $2078.44. As of 9-9-23 I have not received my coin. I have called customer service numerous times and asked for a shipping date, and they told me that they didn't have access to that information. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they were unavailable, so I asked them to have one call me back. No one has called me back ever. I have emailed them numerous times at ****************************** and have never received a reply. Can you Please hep me get my coin or refund. Thank You *****************************

    I placed an order for 110 silver coins totaling $3831.82 on 7/06/2023. Order confirmation email mentioned approximate 3 weeks of delay in shipping that was NOT apparent before placing the order. 7 weeks passed and I was about to leave for vacation overseas so I called to put a hold on shipping in case they decide to ship it and I'm not home. I returned from vacation and gave them a call to see if they finally did or will ship my stuff. I was told the same story all over again that they don't know when the item will ship and I should wait for shipping confirmation email. It is now exactly 2 months since the order was placed and I am still out over $3800 and nothing to show for it. In the meantime I had several transactions with other metal dealers and all transactions were quick smooth as a butter. I do not know where this is going but I am close to getting my lawyer involved. STAY AWAY. PONZI SCHEME LIKELY!

    Order product in July 2023. Mid august began calling about product. Never could get an answer. Finally someone answered (after many attempts and several times on hold for up to an hour and then the phone hung up) and they could provide no information except there were shipping delays. Could give me but other information except those two words. Not when. No why. Nothing. Waited almost 3 more weeks called back. Once again - called several times and was on hold for long periods of time and hung up on once. Diablo a customer service rep answered. Verified my order and said they didnt know when it would shipped out. I said that doesnt make sense. Policy on website - products are sent out 10 business days to e l site checks clear. I have been waiting weeks with no updates. No status. Nothing. Horrible company.

    This customers order is in shipping and will be going out in the next couple of days. The mint that produces these *************** has had a few issues with the newer designs. We have explained this and we ask for everyone to have a little more patience. These coins are not available from any other dealer.

    I placed an order on 7/10/23 for $538.05, order #XX1366, with an expected ship date of 8/7/23. As of writing this comment, it has been 30 days since the estimated ship date. I have made multiple attempts to contact Gainesville Coins about when I could expect a shipment, but they will not reply or answer. After seeing the terrible string of complaints left here, I figured making my own would be my only recourse to actually get the items I paid for.
