    I have two separate orders (100-500772 - 6/27/23 & 100-502111 - 7/29/23) totaling $527.20. Both orders required me to submit a check to ********** Coins and both checks have cleared my account. I have called in twice regarding the status of my orders and on both occasions, I was told by the lady I would receive a call back while she looked into the delay, but I never received a call back and it has been two weeks and one week. It has been over two months since my first order and a month since my second order. I had ordered from them in the past without issue, but these last orders are taking a ridiculous amount of time. This wouldn't be an issue normally, but they have become unresponsive to my requests for update, so I am worried that I am being scammed at this point.

    placed an order and paid with bank wire on july 18th, they said 3 weeks for shipping, till today i did not get my order shipped . called them many times and emailed customer service many times and no answer , no help today i called and demanded to cancel my order and fully refund my money back.

    I purchased $2,532.20 in gold and silver on 6/26/23. I have not received this purchase.I called once and got a reply like your product should be here and its just our shipping ***** I waited a few weeks, called agin and asked for a refund. She said Ill have to talk to a manager and have them contact you. That never happened.Now I call, (if they answer) give my order number and get put on hold. No one ever picks the phone back up. I get no answers or replies from Gainesville Coin.This a a game, tactic that Im not fond of. ** of the refusal to give a refund, or supply my purchases/product Im here.Order number is ******

    Placed and Order 7-17-23, order was confirmed 7-22-23. (Order #******) Card was Charged $234.59 on 7-24-23. Enquired about shipping detail 8-2-23. (No response) Made phone calls 8-16-23. Talked to someone who had no idea about anything. Didn't know shipping dates couldn't answer why my emails were not responded to at which point I became upset and hung up. 8-24-23 sent addition e-mail to request that my order be cancelled and full refund given. I expect there will be no restocking fee as they have no product to restock or I would not be at this point.I am simply wanting a refund and we will then part ways!

    I ordered $4,938.27 worth of silver coins from Gainesville ******** in July 28, 2023 for the company I work for, SCAFCO Corporation. Our order number is ******. The order was paid for via wire transfer and confirmed received by the Company the same day as the order. I have called twice about the status of the order, as to why I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation, and have been told that my order will ship out once orders placed before mine have shipped. How can it possibly take nearly 4 weeks to ship product if you have it in stock? During the calls to the company they only provide very vague information as to why the order has not shipped and WILL NOT give an estimated time of shipment. I'm beginning to believe there is an element of fraud taking place at this company. I have no idea how BBB is is rating this Company as an A+? 93 complaints in the last 12 months... are you kidding me? Please ship the items I ordered or return my money so I can purchase elsewhere.

    I placed an order on June 19th. With an expected ship date of July 10th. It's now August 23rd and my order still shows that it has not shipped.I have called the company 10 times, and left 3 voice messages.     We ordered gold and silver on 4-13-23 (our original order total was $2,267.71) and were told via phone they did not have the gold and did not know when it would be in. We received our shipment on 6-9-23 and the silver was delivered but NO GOLD was included, which the amount we paid for the gold was $1,148.68. The package was carefully searched and there was no gold. The enclosed statement said "random date" which aligned with what the customer rep told us-that they didn't know when the gold would ship. We waited 6 weeks and still no gold had been delivered so my husband called ********** and was told they would investigate and get back within a couple weeks. Over a month later, after still hearing nothing from them and no emails, we called again today and the woman we spoke with said they have pictures of the gold they sent but they will not share their "investigation photos" with us because they said it's for their info only. They are saying we have to launch a police investigation as they are not responsible and then the rep said "Your husband threw it away." When I asked how she would know that and accuse of such, she quickly did some backpedaling trying to distract from that comment. On their website under this order it shows the status bar as "shipped" but the bar does not extend to the completed status which would be "delivered", which in our mind shows even more they do not have the complete order showing as delivered since the gold never shipped. I have a screenshot of that information. We asked for our money back or send the gold and they are unwilling to do either.

    We don't get into all our security procedure but this customer recieved their order on 6/9/2023 we were able to verify everything was shipped in the box and we didn't hear anything from them till 7/28/23 which is 49 days later. Our website clearly says if you are missing anything in your shipment it must be reported to us within 2 business days of receiving the order .My assumption is that they lost the coins or didnt check the box carefully and threw them out.

    I am rejecting this response because: they told us they would probably not ship the gold with the silver so after carefully inspecting and seeing the gold was not there and seeing the statement said Random Date, so no date of delivery was noted by them, we gave them plenty of time to ship the gold once their supplies were restocked. They have no proof to let us know they truly did ship it as they say or they would reassure us with that proof other than just accusing us of throwing it away.

    Order placed first week of June 2023 for 25 silver rounds and 4 gold rounds. Called at 30 days and was told oder arrived at their location but had not been sorted and was not ready for pick up. Called again at 60 days and was told same thing. I asked about a refund and was told there would be a 10% fee, so I waited yet again. On 8/18/2023 received email that order was ready for pickup. Drove to their location on 8/21/2023 and was told they only had part of my order. The email for pickup said my order was ready and said nothing about it only being partially filled. I was told by the woman behind the counter that a manager was not available and that I would have to come back when the rest of my order was ready. Management was supposed to call me which has not happened and as of today I do not have the rest of my order.
