    Overall was a smooth and quick process. I would build with them again. There were some issues with spray foam insulation but they were addressed. Start to finish it was about a year process in the middle of Covid so I would say I am impressed.

    Rotunda builds a high quality and energy efficient home. During the building process the communication was outstanding they were very receptive and accommodating to changes made. We moved in Oct. of 2021 and have been very happy with the home. I would highly recommend them to be your custom builder.
