      I hired Star Fencing to do my fencing back in May of 2022. After completion I immediately brought it to their attention that the "new" fencing was completely scuffed up, there were large gaps on the bottom of the fence, the back fencing wasn't close to being level and the main gate broke within a week. It took over a year for them to address at the very least the gate situation. When they came over to fix it they realized the job was incomplete and the main gate plus the back gate needed aluminum installed in the posts to hold the gate in. ****** promised me someone would be over soon to actually fix the issues and told me to sparingly use the gate as not to break it again. This was in September of 2023 and I have not heard from him since after many calls and texts. He has stopped answering any calls or texts after admitting fault to a subpar and incomplete job. I want my gate and fence fixed to be usable.

      Hello I have contacted Mr ****** about this issue and we have performed the repair to the fence we installed in his property, we had a delay on correcting this inconvenience since we sent a crew there to repair the problem. But they missed it and did not notify the office about. I personally contacted Mr ****** about this situation and scheduled the crew to go repair and correct the issue to his satisfaction on a 100%. We provided and honored the warranty on his fence. We sincerely apologize about this delay we have corrected the situation, I was working out of town for a few months. We are a family owned and operated small business and we value all of our costumer very much. Thank you very much for your attention on this matter. We ask please if you contact Mr. ****** to verify all of the information I have given via this response. We made sure his satisfacted with the correction done. Thank you very much.  I have some pictures of the worked performed but its not letting me upload it in this response. Please let me know ho can I send you the pictures of the repair we did and I will send them to you.
