      I'm a satisfied customer for over 20+ years with this company. The technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend M . E. Flow to anyone who needs regular seasonal maintenance or a new HVAC unit installed. They also work with you in choosing what's best for your needs.

      I am very pleased with the service I received from Walter Jaldin, my plumbing technician from MEFlow. He was professional and friendly. I would unreservedly recommend him and MEFlow for plumbing problems and they provided quick and efficient service which I especially appreciated since I have a house full of company for the holiday.

      Customer representatives are responsive and well organized. I have two homes they service, one my own and another a rental. It can get confusing but they manage to organize my regular service calls very well. On site techs are also usually pretty good. They try and sell you extra stuff sometime, but they don't push it too hard. Technically they seem very capable. No complaints.

      I believe my technicians name was Scott he was very professional and he explained everything to me. ME flow called to let me know he was on his way and then he text me to let me know when he would be here.I would highly recommend them.
      The technicians need an assistant just to keep track of all the information they obtain to do with your problem.

      Needed something as simple as a shower cartridge replaced as we were having difficulty in doing so. It was Sunday but M.E. Flow was quick to respond, showing up within an hour.
