      Evan was great. Very thorough in explaining what he was doing, respected our home by wearing shoe coverings, was polite and efficient. This is our second year using M.E. Flow for our HVAC service and we won't go elsewhere.

      The technician (Edis A******) did a great job keeping me informed of his work and allowed a few questions while he diagnosed the issue. Pinpointed the issue and ordered parts prior to cleaning up and calling the manager to confirm follow up. Super job!

      Service rep was outstanding. We had a question about the bill. Called and call taker would not connect us with a manager or billing. Promised a return call. It has been a week and still no call. Poor follow up caused a drop from 5 stars to two and still falling.
