      Eddis performed the annual inspection of the two heating systems in my house. He was very efficient, with a business-like but friendly manner. When he encountered an unexpected problem, he probed for the source, made me aware of the potential consequences, assured me that it would not shut down the system any time soon, and suggested two methods to mitigate it. After his review of the other system, he told me the salient factors that showed the system is operating well despite its age. I also appreciated the phone call from Milton letting me know that the technician would arrive in about 30 minutes. In sum, I was totally satisfied with the experience.

      We had to pay $200 to have the burners cleaned which is something that you would think would get done as part of the Service Contract that we have ongoing
