    I've been ordering my Alkaviva filter replacements for a number of years now with Extreme Wellness and they've always been great! **************** has also been phenomenal, I messed up my order for the wrong unit once and they swapped it out no problem --- and very fast response! Thank you!!!

    Please make sure you order exactly what you want. The return policy will cost you. I was given a birthday gift fermenter that was too large and was not even taken out of the box. While the woman I spoke to was trying to be helpful it was the policy that reflected no satisfactory recourse. I was told that I would have to pay back the $30 free shipping, plus pay the return shipping ( I was fine with that) a 20%restocking fee and 5% admin fee. What’s the point. Sad as supporting independent business is something I feel is a good thing. I wish I had a better outcome. 1 star for Lea trying to help

    My name is TJ and Im the owner of Extreme Wellness Supply.



    Ive taken the time now to look into the specifics of your order with us, interactions with our customer support, and the financials & logistics regarding the shipment of your fermenting crock pot from our supplier.



    Unfortunately, this is one of those cases when the cost to ship a product is high in relation to the cost of the product itself, making a return prohibitively expensive.



    Id like to take a moment to explain the financials here on why our return policy is set the way it is. The original cost to ship your order was $29.74, the payment processor fee was roughly 3% - or $4.50, after negotiating with our supplier on the restocking fee we are able to get this to $13.35, and the approximate return label shipping cost is $27.



    This brings the total cost of returning your order, simply for us to break-even, to $74.59.



    Unfortunately, as a small single-owner independent business, were not able to compete with the large multi-billion dollar near-monopolistic enterprises such as Amazon, as you mentioned in your support ticket. We do not have drop-off points across the nation, shipping contracts negotiated to a bare minimum, and are unable to offset expenses with other verticals of a corporation. Its unrealistic for us to regularly be absorbing a 50% return expense for an undamaged product and still be able to operate tomorrow.



    I hope that helps explain why our return policy is set the way it is.



    That being said, it is important to me that our customers have a positive experience, and in cases where a customer feels strongly about something - Im happy to make exceptions within reason.



    Please do reach out to our customer support again and we will accept your return completely at our own expense, simply request my involvement and well get that approved for you.
